  • Could any arabic speaker please tell me how to pronounce '3aDHiim'?

  • @SomecallmeJack Thats a tough one to explain over the internet. You can't really spell it out in these letters we're using now, hence the number 3. If you haven't grown up speaking Arabic or a similar language, I imagine the sound would quite difficult for you to make. "

  • @venomman01 Since I posted this comment I've been told its kind of a harsh glottal stop on a soft 'a'. So, like a guttural 'ahhh'

  • @SomecallmeJack

Salaam. You really have to find yourself an arab !

  • masha Allaah my brother. may Allaah bring us all in djannaah el firdaws next to prophet

  • Although I do not understand or practice your religion, I totally respect and admire your faithfulness and the beautiful Fajr prayer.

  • Thank you my muslim brother

  • Thank you . .

  • jzak allah alef khyr brothr

  • Peace

  • @ceodomains1 I completely agree with you my Muslim Brother.

  • What kind of prayer would be pleasing to God ?

Namaz 5 times in a day , the problem that it is always repetitive, over and over again it becomes mechanical, automatic,.How many times have you prayed the same verse and letter over and over. then it is without sincerity. Such prayers and worships are valueless because that person's heart is not freely given. don't you think that God is tired of hearing same and same prayers, those are not spontaneous.

  • thank you for the post bro. god bless you

  • can i convert without changin my name julius musyoka?

  • No God, No Masters.

    Filthy camel fucking religion.

  • @GHTRVSA so your saying no god then who gave u life

  • @cumar885 Evolution, no magic man in the sky.

  • "... We made from water every living thing ..."

Quran 21:30. Abdullah Yusuf Ali's widely accepted translation. Not taken out of context.

Please give the Quran a read, with an open mind. Its very easy to read, and you may be surprised.

  • @m3anthony

after woedhoe u say allahoe akhbar, buth my question is after that i always hear you have to recite al fatiha. buth after allahoe akhbar first you say:

Soebhanaka Allahoema wa bihamdik wa tabaraka asmoek wa Ta'ala djadoek wa la ilaha ghairoek

A'oedoe billahi minasj sjaitaani radjiem , and then al fatiha, so my question is what do you have to say after allahoe akhbar and al fatiha?

  • @singerlisa12

"after woedhoe u say allahoe akhbar ...."

Salaam. I'm sorry sister, you have me baffled. Are you asking what should be said between ablutions (wudu) and the morning prayer? I say nothing, then start the prayer as per this video.

I don't know if you are a convert, because personally I would beware of formalism, and that it is your intentions and sincerity that count.

May Allah forgive me if I have misled you.

  • @m3anthony

    salaam,

of course i see her how i have to pray, i am very happy because of this. buth in different videos i see something different so that is why i didnt understand it, and yes i am a convert buth i never believed a religion before, i only believed in christ buth when they called him the son of god i always had my doubts about it because he was more importent than other messengers, i didnt believed that because when u read, what he has done, he free al umanity thats not treu

  • @FabulaDeum You are clearly very passionate about fighting religion. You must have your reasons. Just know, from any perspective your hatred does nothing for the world except cause more hatred. I will not retort to the points you made as I dont see us coming to any conclusions or acceptance of each others beliefs. But, try. You have your beliefs and You have the right. Respect the beliefs of others... perhaps then, people might listen to you. rather than dismiss you as an extremist.

  • @FabulaDeum Thank you for wasting your time and effort. I feel like it is my duty to inform you that you are speaking to passionate and conscious individuals who prefer not to substitute their religion for yours. Your beliefs in what Richard Dawkins claims and what evolution is still trying to prove, will surely keep you waiting on answers for some time. It is after all, only a theory. Not a fact. Not a law. Not an absolute. Pick your faith and learn some respect.

  • The 'atheists' I see commenting on videos like this make me ashamed. These are no atheists. They are ANTI-theists. Please do not judge actual atheists by the words of these clowns. Most atheists despise these guys as well, lumping them together with other religious fundamentalists.

  • @virusisback if the purpose is for learning then yes it's allright,

but if not then I don't know, our prophet Shalallahu alaihi wa salam (PBUH) never taught it that way,

praying in masjid is way better,

    and please also see:

    watch?v=SutaW6RUknQ&feature=related

it's more complete version of how to perform prayer,

AND DONT WORRY IT'S IN ENGLISH

  • That's what I do, I use him as kind of a "Virtual Imam."

  • @ virus is back at certain times I do makes me feel like I'm at the masjid

  • Is it ok to play this in the background and pray along side?

  • @virusisback yes

  • Thank you for the video it has help me a lot. I stoped and paused it so many times until i got it down to paper.

  • It is sunni namaz and wrong, for example, hands must be down.

  • To All Of My Friends , You Are Forgetting On Thing .. YOu Should Type *Allah* With A Capital *A* , Unlike This: *allah* So Please Be CareFul (:

  • how are we suppose to say all this? im trying to learn but its so complicated i have no idea what to say

  • Is there anybody to tell me; how did Mohammad (peace be upon him ) died?

  • @davidminas1 he died after a while from being poisoned from a jewish lady who invited him and his companions for food (poisen was in the food) , this is the briefed story .

  • @davidminas1 you look like a good person , i say that because you have good manners , In speech, the Prophet (SAWS) said:" Nothing is weightier on the scales of the day of judgement than his good behaviour. Allah (god) treats a person who is given to loose and vulgar talk with displeasure".

so god sure like's you for your good attitude, you won't lose anything if you spent some time reading about islam and prophet mohammed, use your logic and reason ..

    god bless you...

  • @AATJ86 Yes, Sunna faction of Islam says prophet (PBUH) was poisoned by a Jewish woman after he massacred the Jews tribe in Medina. The woman's husband was killed and she was raped by Mohammad. Shia faction of Islam says he was poisoned by Aisha his disobedient wife. As we know, Aisha was raped by Mohammad (PBUH) when she was 9 yo child. In any case, he was poisoned to his death by a woman he raped . You can find this information in Al-Bukhari, Khateeb, Bayhaghi and Tabari history. Subhan-Allah

  • @davidminas1 to make the long story short , he killed them for treason (you know better)

mmm .. is there any women in the world who will invite a man who raped her to food !? :S

in a matter of fact will that man accept her invite ?

you can find this information if you ask any child older then 6 year old

  • @AATJ86 Thanks for being polite. Mohammad (pbuh) liked the Jewish woman and woman for revenge pretended she liked him. Sunna say; Mohammad ate the food and noticed it is poisoned, asked her why she put poison in the food? She replied; I wanted to know if you will know the food was poisoned, then she would know that he is a prophet. However, he died 4 years later and Sunna say it was not a tumor but it was the result of that poison. But Shia's story is different. Allah-o-Akbar

  • @davidminas1 by the way i knew you were going for something with your question , you asked the same question in many videos ,, you want the real story? our beloved prophet (pbuh) didnt die poisoned , he knew the food was poisoned , want the proof?

(5777-284/10) Al-Bukhari , as long as you believe in bukhari and proved your words from him :) check it ^_^

  • JazakhAllahu khayran for the video. The translation of surat al Asr was missing the last verse. Here is the full translation insha Allah:

    1 By Time

2 Verily Man is in loss

3 Except those who believe and do good, and enjoin on each other truth, and enjoin on each other patience

  • Assalamu Alaikum

Can anyone tell me who the reciter is?

    Jazakallahu khayr

  • Need some Guidance after saying "Allah Is The Greatest" and putting hand over hand, do you say "O Allah, Glory and Praise are for you, and Blessed is Your Name, and Exalted to Your Majesty" or Go straight into Recitation od Surah Fatiah. As I am Learning the first way but do not know if it is Right. Thanks In Advance.

  • @sentryassasin First way is correct as well as second.

  • wha t about u americans terrorizing the world invading other contries, steeling theirwealth, sending your agent and mercenery to start wars in very very poor contries and dictatorship wich u americans were helpinp and financing to keep freedom and democraty in own yard, what the brothers and systers did in 9/11 is just a dropp in an ocean of what u did and still doing. But u will pay the price very high!

  • I suggest these cultic Muslims first analyse why their leader was paedophile? What sort of miracle was that? why he was sexually twisted, greedy in capturing other people belongings, blood thirsty and then promising paradise to most savage member of his cult? The miracle is that these blind bozos could not see all of these and they still want to impose their twisted cult on others. What a MIRACLE !!! Allah-u-Akbar

  • @davidminas1

you speak what you have been taught and told, which is far from the truth. I can not curse you for being ignorant like you do to others, thinking that you are right, I can only advise that you learn about the religion with an open mind and then decide.

  • @alfasuny you are defending something without value and harmful. Just think a little about Mohammad's actions. He came to teach us the right way of living. If we follow his way of life and do what he did, what do you think will happen? He was the greatest prophet in the sense of enjoying blood, pussy and spoils. He fucked underaged and relatives, enjoyed massacres and lived on spoils. For all this monkey business, the licence was his adopted Jews theology nothing more

  • @davidminas1

Like i said before you have your facts wrong. I can just sit at my laptop and criticize anyone without reason because they didn't preach what i wanted. Your abusive language shows how much brain washed you are and rigid to different ideas

Listening to word of mouth is not knowledge. And whatever religion you are from, its just because you were born so. If you had been born in a cannibal tribe you would be trying to favor cannibalism.

  • @alfasuny You are right, 99% of us including yourself are defending what we are taught. But, what I have written about the prophet (peace be upon him) is from Islamic books (Tabari, Quran, etc.). Tell me if Mohammad 60yo didn't marry 6yo child and did not fucked her when 9yo. If he didn't fucked his daughter-in-law (wife of his adopted son). If he didn't get spoils from caravans, Jewish, etc.. If he did not massacre Bani-Ghoriza and if he didn't enslave, rape and sell their women and kids ...

  • @davidminas1

of course i would defend what i believe is right but what i believe in comes from studying and not listening to the word of mouth or conspiracies. What you have written about the Prophet (p.b.u.h) is not from the Islamic books but what you have been told so and believe it without research. Let me give you an example if God forbid i had a biased view of Hazrat Isa (a.s) (Jesus) I would search something to support my argument rather than search for his biography and actual history.

  • @davidminas1

1- Now lets come to the accusations. I had recently researched on matter of Hazrat Muhammad (p,b.u.h) wife being 9 yrs old. The content wwritten these days is usually proof read to make sure the content is right. Back in those days there weren't many scholars who could proof read another scholars work and thus 19 was mistakenly written as 9. As it is today people didnot question it and the mistake was carried on for centuries.

  • @alfasuny How can you say that Tabari History is wrong? How can you say 19 is right. How can you forget that Abu-Bakker told prophet (peace be upon him) :Ya Mohammad she is only 6yo child you shouldn't JaMa (fuck) with her. Then, Mohammad accepted to let her stay. But he visited her occasionally till she was 9. So, you say this history is wrong? Please ask your local Imam. I dont want to mention what he was doing with her when he was visiting her at Abu-Bakker home. Allah-u-Akbar

  • @alfasuny What are the results of your research about prophet (peace be upon him) fucking his daughter-in-law?she was the wife of his adopted son.

  • @davidminas1

blinded are those who chose to be so and will die protecting their false beliefs.

Anti muslims have always tried to mislead the weak minded and in your case they have been successful. May Allah have mercy on you and show you the right path.

  • @davidminas1

2- It has been proven with various incidents where Hazarat Aisha, the wife of the Holy Prophet (p.b.u.h) is mentioned in different incident and she happens to be 13 yrs old and higher and she was still not married. Now You can be rigid about the fact and make it an excuse not to study about it.

About the massacre you should study some history and learn about those times and the wars that were held then.

  • @alfasuny Really? She was 13 yo? which book mentions that? You didn’t answer me about Tabari History and Abu-Baker confrontation with the child fucker (peace be upon him). You didn’t answer he fucking his daughter-in-law. How can I believe you? Do you know that lying is bad thing? Do you understand twisting the truth and manipulation in front of Allaha is a sin? Oh no no! I understand Islam has killed all your moral. Subhan-Allah

  • @davidminas1

At first i thought whatever accusation you put forward was the work of incorrect formation you had heard, but now it seems that you had been taught from your childhood to hate Islam and the Prophet (p.b.u.h). Strange that it never occurred to you that your Tabari History is so biased on this topic. And your thoughts have been poisoned to an extent that you can't speak without abusing. If you are that blinded then you are the victim of the abyss,I have nothing else to say to you.

  • I know my friend, you don’t have any answer. I have been at your position and could not answer these questions about Mohammad (peace be upon him). I sympathize with you and hope one day you will be saved from Islam. Choose a proper religion or idea for yourself. Go away from Islam. Islam is doomed. Nothing good comes from Islam. It is all copied from Jews theology. Even Jews are going away from this Theology. Allah-a-Akbar

  • @davidminas1

My father once told me that you can not argue with one who is biased and is rigid. And i find myself in a similar situation once again with you. I hoped that you would at least try to learn about it but the effort was in vain. The answer is there if you search for it. I am glad i chose the right path. You on the other hand is the victim of Shaitan's trickery. I am not asking you to change anything just try to learn the Islamic history and compare it to yours. May Allah guide you.

  • @alfasuny My dear friend your wise father was right. But, the point is that I have no feeling about Islam to be rigid. This information comes from Tabari History, Ossol Kafi and different Qurans compared. I Would be happy if you introduce to me more references about life of prophet (peace be upon him).

  • @alfasuny Sorry my friend I missed your name in my previous message

  • @davidminas1

3- In the battle of trench a jewish tribe had broken a treaty with the muslims of Madina and helped them. When the muslims won they besieged the jewish fortress and after a few days they surrundered. the decision of their fate was left to one of the member of the Jewish Tribe who according to the Torah (their Holy Book) decided that the men be slain and women and children be taken slaves. And so it was done. The judgement was according to their laws not muslim's!

  • @alfasuny Even if Jews broke a treaty should all be massacred? Why didnt Rasool-of-Allah show Allah's mercy on them? I thought Islam is peaceful?! Islam always turned itself to a killing machine. There are many stories about Mohammad, Ali, Umar etc, beheading so many that everything including themselves were soaked in blood in each Ghazva. Was it really necessary? Look at Budda, Christ and Brahma. Did they hurt anybody? And yet nearly all of the humanity are the followers of their teachings?

  • Alhumduillah Brova wen i first converted 2 islam these are the videos i learned how 2 pray for mashallah! Tukbir!

  • @Byers and yet you're the catholic making comments about blowing up religious sites such as Mecca. How bout you read a book. You're garbage kid.

  • Assalamu Alaikum

What is the name of the reciter?

  • What mazhab is this? Because I'm Mazhab Shafie. We have doa qunut after subhanrabbial'azim before sujud

  • Salaam,

I am so confused about fajr swalaah,,

    how many rakaats are there?

2 sunnat and 2 faraz right?

in some videos i see only 2 rakaat which i don't know; whether it's the faraz one or the sunnat one?

plz can anyone clear my doubt?

and i am also not sure about the surah AFTER attahiyat (tashahuud')..

Can anyone give me its transliteration ?

  • .this way is wrong...foget about way of salaah the basic thing to wear cap and pants above the length is not done in dis vedio....

  • @AQWorldsTenneen welcome brother! I'm a revert too :) Alhumdulilah!

  • @Byers333 :) may allah bring peace and love in your heart.. it seems that you are quite frustaded.

i will pray to allah for you.. and i will love you for allah.. dont worry he will give you some friends.. so you can get some hobbies and pass your time with them :)

    a salamaleykum..

  • @nilab2711 sorry im catholic so i don't need a mythical man named allah to help......

  • @Byers333 Allah is the Arabic word for God

There are also Arab Christians inscribedable the god as allah

allah is not a mystical man it is a designation for the highest and most mercyfull .

Inform yourself first before you say such stupid things.

and your love for your own religion is so weak, that you wish other ppl to die..

you should watch out stupid little boy.

wa salam aleykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuh!

  • Respond to this video... your religion is about straping bombs to yourself and killing a bunch of people.....your religion has created a stain on itself that will never washout.

  • @Byers333 it doesen't give you the right to wish death for other ppl.. just cause some terrorist did this on september 11th doesen't mean that the islam is wrong or the islam did this.. you should be mature enough to realise that just because a grape is rotten it does not mean that you throw away the whole harvest .

try to respect other religion and other cultures..

  • Oh God, it's much harder to perform than I expected...

  • Alhamdulillah Brother.Thank you for the Videos.I can now perform salat myself :)

Because im new.I just Converted to Islam last may 5,2011. Takbir!Allahu Akbar!Takbir Allahu Akbar!

  • @AQWorldsTenneen Welcome my brother god bless you and your family

    Ameen

    /Sweden

  • @AQWorldsTenneen ماشاء الله god bless you

  • @AQWorldsTenneen i am learning this now, I converted right before Ramadan

  • @AQWorldsTenneen ALLAH AKBAR!!! May Allah help you!

  • @justtakeiteasy thanks a lot brother

  • i've recently converted to islam, i'm just wandering if there's any site or something i could go to learn how to pray and learn the arabic properly. any ideas? tell me please. thanks. by the way beautiful video.

  • Good vid. Helps to have the syllables in English to read along at the same time, I have a handbook in front of me for that.

Very pleasant sounding too, brings my memory back to the first salat I ever witnessed just over half a year ago.

  • this is very helpful to a new revert :D , though it would help if there was a written way in how to pronounce these

  • what is it that you recite after the taiyyat and tashauud? and did the prophet (pbuh) recite that?

  • Are these prayers for women to? or is it dif for both men and women?

  • @xnazzerx

it is the same for women and men as well

  • @xnazzerx

Its the exact same for both men and women.

  • It's amazing that the words are almost the same with the words of the Orthodox Christian prayers.

  • at first i think i did 4 rakahs instead of two, is this bad and insttead of 4 for others i did 8, so i basically doubled them all. Is this ok, Now i dont because i understand prayer more but i just wanted to know, now are my prayers voided. please email me at jatia8306@yahoo.com.

  • Thank you so much for posting these informative videos shaykha, may Allah reward you with jannah

  • will you teach me how to pray Witr according to Sunnah?

  • A few things I found helpful as a new revert:

    1) I would break down a surah into small parts and repeat the same line over and over again adding more with each recitation. Example...Al Fatiah..."Alhamdullilah" "Alhamdullilah" "Alhamdulillah" "Alhamdulillah ribal alameen" "Alhamdulillah rabil alameen:...etc.

    2) I would write the Arabic pronunciation phonetically at first, for ease. Then I go back and learn proper spelling...which still varies greatly.

    3) I would "sing" my prayers...

  • this video actully brought a tear to my eye. I am so happy i found islam, And i hope one day i can achieve all prayer's, all in the arabic tongue.ALLAHU AKBAR!

  • Alhumdullilah !! Allah Hu Akbar !!

  • y is everytime i look at muslim prayers on utube wat they r saying is diffrent evrytime,, i thought it had to b similar always??????

  • @adyshady1983 its cos the different sects differ...but islam teaches that sects are forbidden (Surah al anaam ch 6 v159) so the prayer that you have to recite should come from the hadiths of the prophet

  • @That70sshowfanatic y he get scared angels dnt scare ppl demons do have a haunted hm then say nah but next he will mean well????

  • The Dislikes are from the Kafirsss

  • watch?v=3JTNgtnHAJc

  • Quick question from a Christian. Is it imperative that the prayers are recited in Arabic or in the Western world among english-speaking adherents can they be recited in English? Do they not quantify as legitimate prayer if not spoken in Arabic? Thanks!

  • Edit: Just saw that it's Arabic rather than English. Does anyone have any reason why? Is it because the Qu'ran, seen as the words of Allah, are in Arabic and not any other language?

  • @arwynjorowynn

The most of the prayer (except the occasional praise) is reciting from the Q'uran. And the Q'uran is the book of Allah, al kitaab Allah, and the translation of it wouldn't be the word of Allah anymore. There's nothing 'Illaahu" about a translation. And the point of praying is to get closer to Allah. Of course any thought in any language is known by Allah, but praying with holy words from your mouth is the right way, if you ask me. I hope this somehow answers your question.

  • @arwynjorowynn

The prayers are always performed in arabic, as this was language the Quran was revealed in. Since muslims believe that the Quran is the literal word of God, they do not consider themselves having the right to change it any way. The arabic used in the prayers and the Quran are a classical form of arabic which is no longer spoken today. So even if you have an english transliteration the original arabic text will also be with it.

  • @arwynjorowynn

Another factor is unity. If everyone is using exactly the same text, no matter who you are, then divisions among people become less likely. Also Quranic translations into other languages are not as solid as you may think. Some words or concepts can be somewhat challenging to accurately express in english for example. However while the formal "salat" prayers (like the one in the video) are performed in arabic, personal informal supplications can be done in any language.

  • I converted about a year ago... Still learning, finding it very difficult :(

  • @LaCherryPanda

Salaam Sister, It's OK do not overwhelm yourself because this is all new to you so naturally it will take time but it will all click for you sooner or later InshAllah, Just take baby steps in the learning process when you have time just repeat the words in Arabic slowly and repeat a few words at a time over and over again untill you memorise it then move on to the next set of words, I pray Allah swt makes it easy for you and other like you in learning this beautiful Deen of Islam

  • @YodaOfficial

For those that need help with the Pronounciation of the Arabic used in praying:

  • These command its self will figure out, how worst guy u are. You newer know the art of Islam, until u learn about that. There has been some false information has been transmitted in ur head.

Do u know, Islam is the fastest religion in the world. Even after 9/11 more people is reverted to Islam after doing research. Don't believe what other people say or what u hear, try to do analysis from that... this is the kind request from me... since u want to know the truth.

  • @coltsuperocean10: I was like you till i happened to share a place on an assignment with a muslim friend; and my discussions with him only led me to believe this is perhaps the most misunderstood faith in the world today. I'm not a convert-dont intend to either; but all i can say is- teachings of Quran are no different from those in the bible or Geeta- its their mistaken interpreations that is root of all problems. Am learning to offer prayers/namaaz despite being a hindu, and am finding peace.

  • thank you :)

  • Am new at this and this Is a nice how-to video but it's just going to fast any body have any more references.

  • I'm really confused..I feel I'm doing my sajdah part wrong..I place my knees on ground before my hands as like shown in the video..but in the book The Prophets Prayer Described by Shaykh Al-Albaani..it says the prophet sallaho 'alayhi wa sallam "he used to place his hands on the ground beofre his knees" [Ibn Khuzaymah (1/76/1), Daaraqutni & Haakim, who declared it saheeh and Dhahabi agreed.]

  • @LookingForJannah I am a muslim, and one does not have to follow the exact movements of the above prayer. One also doesnt have to say the same exact things. I praise Allah in my own way by glorifying him silently in my own thoughts. Most of the time, i simply prostrate myself first (Hands on ground, back in air, head on ground) for five minutes, then sit up with knees on ground, and hands on thighs, or together in a praying fist for five minutes. Allah will hear your prayers no matter what.

  • I'm really

  • Yes, I dont want to be offensive by asking for a textual version of the prayer that sounds out wach word. I am very new to Islam and I want my prayers to hold meaning and I want to be able to say each syllable correctly.

  • @jagwar902: It's not offensive! :) Please check out the link in the info box. Insha'Allah it helps. And welcome to Islam! I'm always here if you need help.

  • Brother I will Inshala pray to Allah to Reward you for this here and hereafter for helping novice like me (Ameen)

  • @jagwar902 Welcome to Islam, the only true way to worship Allah, if you have any questions please let me know

  • @jagwar902 salam alaikum welcome to islam

  • @jagwar902 IM IN THE SAME BOAT AS YOU BROTHER

  • @jagwar902 welcome to Islam may you have the best life in the world and the hereafter. God is great please make duwa for all muslims.

  • @jagwar902 A few things I found helpful as a new revert:

    1) I would break down a surah into small parts and repeat the same line over and over again adding more with each recitation. Example...Al Fatiah..."Alhamdullilah" "Alhamdullilah" "Alhamdulillah" "Alhamdulillah ribal alameen" "Alhamdulillah rabil alameen:...etc.

    2) I would write the Arabic pronunciation phonetically at first, for ease. Then I go back and learn proper spelling...which still varies greatly.

    3) I would "sing" my prayers...

  • @mskarenmcdaniel Also I would only learn the compulsory stuff first. Add the res t once you have mastered it. This video has a lot of stuff that isn't compulsory

  • Salaam, I'm a new Revert to Islam, these videos are helping me, is there anywhere I can find text steps, (like the Arabic way to pray, but written in English, if that makes sense?) to help me memorise these easier, because this if one of the things I am struggling with at the moment.Insha'Allah some of you can help your new Brother out!?.

    Thanks :)
