anyone can try out for the show as long as they are at least 18 years old. some contestants are in professional dance companies, others have only danced with their friends. Anyone can win tho.

from what i seen no theyre not all professionals because of lot of them dont learn new styles until the show. and basically its a fan based show.. everyone votes on their favorite dancers it used to be partner dancer boys against girls but not its men or women who dance with the old stars that were on sytycd.. dont get me wrong i love them but i like the old rules.

So You Think You Can Dance Bleeding Love. This was my favorite dance of the year, one of my favorite dances from the show. So i learned it and me and my best friend did it for the talent show at Frenchwoods summer camp. Obviously we are no where near as good as Chelsie and Mark, but we did our best. That was fookin awesome! Best dance ever!

sabra is INCREDIBLE. she exudes so much spirit in her dancing. and her technique is remarkable, especially given that she didn't start training in dance until she was 16. so glad she won season 3. i preferred over people like danny and lacey. and apparently, so did the viewers because she won!
