There are hundreds of games that "add updates & events" ,all for free. Most of those games have cash shops , but they dont force you to buy to keep playing. Car insurance? lol do u abviously think car insurance & games is the same? by the way you "dont" have to pay for car insurence, but if u get in a car accedent then you gotta pay more. & registration is a one time fee, tabs are only once a year? thats no were near paying for the game to keep playing
Care insureance and games are different, however a car (not car insurance) is similiar to the extent that even by purchasing the game or car, you still have to pay additional fees in order to use the item you own. You buy and install Age of Conan, you own it. But you cant play unless you pay to use their subscription service. You buy a car and you own it, but you cant drive it untill you pay for registration AND a MONTHLY insurrance fee. The items are different but a similar situation.

It is, war just looks like WoW with warhammer, nothing special about it. AoC aactualy has player citys and siege PvP with an interactive combat system. I have AoC now, I absolutley love it. Its going to beat WoW

Really great idea, and the terrains/tutorials/maps etc look fantastic... and building cities is also a great idea, but the actual gameplay looks boring as shit. Just stand their hacking. I've only seen 2 minutes of this game... and it's so boring it hurts.

Fun to see someone make a remark that kills their own statements like that. "i've only seen 2 minutes of this game" - well that's really no basis to judge a gameplay now is it? Dumbass. It should be said that i've played a couple of mmo's over the year, and the gameplay in aoc is the best so far.

Yeah, 2 minutes is all that's required, unless its a retard viewing the game (eg. you) who doesn't have the ability to accurately judge what's good & what isn't. I said everything in the game was great except for the gameplay(combat). Seeing more than 2 minutes would be a waste of my time - I don't NEED to see the same stuff over and over (unlike some, as they didn't get it the first time). I'll bet you're one of those stupid American gamers who doesn't understand the word "sophistication"

It is, war just looks like WoW with warhammer, nothing special about it. AoC aactualy has player citys and siege PvP with an interactive combat system. I have AoC now, I absolutley love it. Its going to beat WoW

I'd just like to say, anyone saying how WoW is better probably haven't researched AoC, and I'm almost positive they haven't PLAYED the game. so give it a shot, i am :D. (retired wow player as of may 13, 2008)

Doesn't look that great in my opinion. This is the pc gamers Halo hype except halo met its expectations where this one just is a over glorified game. Seems simplistic its already been done over and over again. You might as well just play world of warcraft. Or Oblivion.
