yea and i also understand that artist tend to get tired of singing sum of their beloved classics;becuase it drains them; and i knw Patti can sing the hell out of that song if she really wntd too, but at her age she knows how much that can take out of her while performing a show, then being that she has many many other request to perform just as good; Shes Still THE Queen and at 64 SHE KNOW SHE WAS WEARIN THAT DRESS!!! lol

of course her renditions of over the rainbow and all her other songs are going to change, her voice isnt what it use to be like in the 80's 90's and early 00's. shes 64, her voice just isnt as strong, so she changes the songs around to fit what her voice is capable of doing! still a great entertainer!

I must agree, I'm not feeling the latest rendition of OVER THE RAINBOW, at some points it's sounds as if she just stepped on a cats tail!! I miss the old versions! Patti Stil ROCKS at 64

Patti came to Vancouver on January 11th. She played the River Rock Casino is Richmond =) It was the most amazing performance ever... can't wait until the day she comes back!

Patti at 64 is killing some of these young girls with style and grace and she don't try to compete cause there's no comparison! Patti is the best! Patti is as wonderful as ever here. I do have to laugh a bit, though. Patti always belts out such a performance that it must be WAY hot up on that stage. Looks like she puts some fans on the floor by the movement of her skirt. Leave it to Patti to find a way to keep cool!! :-)
