i would imagine that the bike would turn like shit, two big wheels give too much traction in the rear end while the small tire in the front have less traction upon acceleration causing the front end to loose its downforce on the front wheel, and turn like shit. That is one of the reasons why they dont make three wheelers anymore.

I met the builder/owner of this bike in Daytona at biketoberfest,,He was a nice guy and loved talking about his bike. The fab work was amazing,if you see this bike in person,you cant stop looking at how he made this work. A very nice couple with a trully unique bike, KEEP IT UP MAN!!
