A good way to think of this one is the first two notes of alternating flam accents. Anyway this is a really fun rudiment once you figure it out.

Stop watching these videos if you want to learn anything about rudiments. Do not model what he is doing, or you will form bad habits that will be hard to break in the future.

im just getting into drumming my self but most likely youll wanna focus on your singles, doubles and paradiddles bro.

a good thing to do is learn all the rudiments, then a good book to get is stick control, b/c it will allow you to play almost every combonation you can think of with your hand, and it mixes in all the rudiments with it, good boiok.

and once you have all good rudiments and stick handling down you can try to do tricks and things like flipping your sticks

Work on your paradiddle or 5th stroke roll paradidle is the best in my opinion

Single strokes are by far the most used rudiment, everyone, even the masters, still practice singles.

learn a flam drag, ratamacue, paradiddle, swiss army triplets are fun, and use inverted flam taps to strengthen your note placement.
