To most boxing experts and educated fans any Champion who only holds 1 belt, isn't high on P4P rankings and fails to or even never attempts to unify the division can be called a paper champion and is nothing more than a highly praised contender.

Until he fought Haye, Valuev was undefeated. Joe Frazier lost 4 and drew 1. Frazier's only loses were to Muhammad Ali and George Foreman. I give Frazier more credit for LOSING those fights than I give Valuev for winning all his.
