@cheaniggachea put down you comic book u ignorant retard and learn something. yes the corvette does use A LEAF SPRING (as in 1 spring) mounted transversely across the car. the reason they use it is because its cheaper, it weighs less then 2 sets of coilovers and most importantly, IT WORKS! considering it pulls more than 1G on a skidpad. also the corvette IS made of carbon fiber and aluminium. it easily makes 600 hp from 6.2L not 7.2. which STOCK 4L euro car puts down more power than that? none

@cheaniggachea yeah top gear points out that the rear bumper is urethane just like pretty much every other car made since 1986 and yes that includes god almightly euro cars. the actual structural parts of the car meaning doors roof pillars hood firewall etc are made out of carbon fiber. watch the autocar video of a ZR1 chasing a lambo LP670 SV around the Nubugring (twisty enough for you?). the lambo could not shake the corvette off its tail. your ignorance just boggles my mind.

Even still, I at least acknowledge that the Untied States has pioneered more in the automotive industry than any other one country. And you can't compare Europe as a continent to the United States as a country; that's an unfair, biased perspective and its bullshit.
