Copperfield, Doug Henning, Seigfried and Roy, Lance Burton, Mark Wilson, Pen and Teller, even Cyril Takayama and Ricky jay cannot match the speed and finesse of Peter Marvey.. EASILY my favorite magician alive.

Peter Marvey did such a amazing job with this routine...HOWEVER, there were some revealing mistakes in here. EXAMPLE:

@ 3:41 - 3:47 The camera should have NEVER done a close-up shot, when his palm is facing the camera, you could see the gimmick attached to his right-ring finger. Then when the card "appears" & he turns it around to show the back, you can see the gimmick attached to the back of the card. Even though it's red to match the color of the back of the card. Find a clearer video 2 see it

I just figured out how he can produce cards at 4:02 after showing his hands empty. Right before he ditches the card he does a fast back palm while dropping the foremost card. So he is actually showing many cards as one, back palms, then drops the one on front quickly, repeat.

Peter Marvey is amazing! I use to watch this show as well when I was a teenager. @glassXmoon Extra rubber layer of skin? xD No, sorry, the technique he uses at 4:20 is legitimate. I know this because I use the exact same technique myself. The silk scarves at 0:42 however, I cannot explain, though I'm pretty certain it's simply a sleight technique. A Master of Sleight can move something from the palm of his hand to the back of his hand without you even noticing. That's the skill.

@hellven89 The technique is a mix of sleight and misdirection. A good sleight can hold a full deck of cards using nothing but the muscle of the finger (Close the knuckle) and hold nothing but the very corners of the deck and have the deck lay against the back of the hand. If the hand is held at a decent angle, the deck and corners would be invisible. The hard part is moving them from the back of the hand to the palm of the hand in one wrist rotation without revealing them.

But man, this guy can backpalm the cards with wide open fingers without drop a thing o.O and he can pivot many cards so perfectly that it doesn't look a pivot movement. His card manipulation is certainly beyond what others can do.
