  • I liked it. Mix of The Who, Jimi Hendrix and something new.

  • Well you layed down that sound quiet right. Nice job!:*)

    Play on player

  • I could listen to you guys all day, oh..!! I have been ;)

  • I like it..for me is a mix of The Who,Led Zeppelin with a few elements of progressive rock.

  • The intro is a bit long. ://

And yeah, vocal's will be a definate need to be worked on. The pitch continue's to go from a high note to a low note and your voice is a little crackly. (:

  • Wow you did a great job, keep up the great work and keep the spirit of rock alive!

  • I agree with most of what KitCat896 says except that I would honestly say the vocals need a lot of work; you should add a bass line and some echo/reverb also.

  • I think this was a greatly constructed song! I think the guitar sounds awseome and maybe work a teeny bit on the vocals? I'm really just trying to give feed back you can work with here, but honestly it's a damn good song

  • yeah pretty good and since you asked for constructive criticism I think it needs a bass line other than that it rocks.

  • I like it

  • A true rock band!!! It's a great..This music reminds me of Lynyrd Skynyrd and The Allman Brothers Band..but, this stuff have a tougher sound..I like it!!

  • honestly i disagree with (writingonangels) coment about too much guitar??WHAT?! i mean a rock tune a true rock tune ...now correct me if im wrong here ..but all you metal heads and rock and rollers like me say ..stoned or otherwise...in music ,rock music of any kind,as long as it jams, can NEVER,NEVER have too much guitar!! however i do agree that it needs bass bad.im not a musician per say ,,,i cant play or sing, but i like rock androll

  • amazing guitar... just too much of it. I didnt really see the point of the drums without a bass. And like its been said the guitar was overpowering at times, I couldn't hear the vocalist. But still amazing guitar just less would be nice.

  • This ain't bad at all. The guitar line is very well constructed and the drumming is pretty good. However i really think a nice and groovy bass line and a bass solo should appear in songs like this one, since the guitar is too dominant. So basically, add an apparent bass sound and it'll sound much better =)

  • pretty gooood I liked the drumming, but the song was almost too depended on guitar and I missed groovy bass lines (I'm not an expert but I know what I like). I still thumb up this vid :)

  • cooooooooooooooooooooolio

  • Hendrix and Led Zep must be a major influence of yours! Keep rockin man!

I might not have read the description , I admit, but would you tell me what your setup is?? Man i'd love to jam with you!

    MORE COWBELL!!!!!!!! haha

also i was reminded of ZZ top with the breakdown, slowing tempo. Awesome, awesome.5 stars!!

  • dat guitar wails brother!

the vocals did come off a bit flat here's a tip, search within your collective mind body and spirit, and let it wail!!!!

  • The format of the song itself seems rather Iron Maiden-esque. Not a bad thing, just thought I would point it out.

  • It's good, the vocals seem a bit flat to my ears though. It's almost as if you're ALMOST enjoying it but are still finding the whole process boring...

  • excellent guitar work. To my ears this song is basically a guitar jam song. It's not a traditional verse-verse-chorus-verse-bridge-chorus--etc---song... And not to imply that guitar jam songs are bad because some of my favorite artist recorded things like this...(Terry Kath/Chicago comes to mind). If I were a producer I would hire a proven drummer and demand a good drum groove, (some people call them "song writing" drummers). Karl Ellwein

  • OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is AMAZING!!! LOVE the guiatar u r super talented!!

  • Wery well

  • I liked it a lot...makes me think of Woodstock. I hear a little Stevie Ray Vaughn in it too. Great job!

  • damn it sounds like a led zep revisit i love it

  • Also, keyboards. Some Manzarek-like action would compliment this well, IMO.

  • It's cool, but the audio quality needs to be improved. I'm liking this. The bass could be turned up just a TAD more. I like how the main guitar matches the singer's voice.

  • this is brilliant. im glad for the message. i like this sound. the drums sound different from most drum kits ive heard. the only i think it realy needs is a smooth bass groove. like quiet the drums at one point and let that bass rip! great cowbell btw. ABSOLUTE ZERO FOR THE WIN!!! in my favorites and my new SUBSCRIPTION

  • Not bad.... and yes you need more Bass...

One other thing... how did you get the list of people to send this to ...

I mean, what was the selection criteria, and how did that get executed... just curious..

  • Some nice ideas and good playing. Keep it up.

  • ummm.....................Will it sounds like the voce was copped over the music, butt its not bad! Good job!

  • Top class effort, in fact you ought to be making lots of dosh with this kind of music. The late Jimi Hendrix would love to have met you and your friends. I can see you in open-air concerts and people going crazy with that kind of guitar playing.

  • Very nice!(:

  • Pretty nice man! My band is influenced by a lot of classic rock too, we just uploaded a vid from a recent concert, give it a listen! And we'll be posting more every few days or so, so check back occasionally :)

  • Not bad. However in my humble opinion, unlike the Doors, you need a bassist. Also may i suggest a more competent sound engineer. It sounds as if you're playing inside a double garage! Persevere. Rome wasn't built in a day.

  • i liked it!! but i do agree it needs some bass and maybe, just maybe a little rock organ in the background to really bring it out

  • Well, like the message said you're combining a bit of everything from the classic rock age, and a bit of modern in there as well. It's not exactly my cup of tea, but it's good.

  • nice

  • You guys are doin' some serious jammin' here! Well-played! Regards, '62 Mathew St. (Total Retro Rock)

  • not really into the vocals, but great playing and swag in the song

  • ah, so good. I love this so much!

  • QUE MUSICAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA YA NO EXISTE ESTO

SON UNOS TRIBUTO AL ROCK GRACIAS POR TU VIDEO ,, BESOS KAREN

  • This sounds like Big Sugar, much stronger , though, with raw, acidic flavor seeping from the beast's bloodied organs . Very talented. Roll with it Billy ROOOOOOOOLLL...

  • needs some bass but other than that its beast

  • hella awesome

  • Good, but since you asked maybe try to spice up the long breakdown some how. I like the cow bell though, of course!!

  • Nice. Unfortunately there's no market for anything of this soulful calibre.

  • @Bugenhagenification There is, if we make one....

  • This is actually good... I'm shocked. usually when ppl spam my comments with something, it's because it's crap and they can't get people to watch it otherwise. Not this.

  • @D2000222 If you feel that way, come check out my music video's. It's some old school type of rock!!

  • Cool Riff And Songs

  • to say it objective: this is really good. it just sounds a bit "small". just try to do something with the sound to create more atmosphere so that you sound HUGE (just as the who did on quadrophenia for example).

to say it subjective: way to go. it's great but just not my.. taste. i dig a lot of bands from back then (and don't listen to any crap of today) but zeppelin and floyd are not really one of them. i acknowledge they were amazing musicians but as i said not quite my kind of music.

  • this is beast, the beginning blew my mind

  • fantasic beginning :)

  • great job man!!

  • Hot

  • Fantastic! I wish I had as much creativity! :D

  • that was AWESOME! totally kick ass! I love it!

  • this is pretty dam good man. especially the guitar!!!

  • you're definitely working with some great elements here--the guitar & drums, particularly, do the genre justice. i get the feeling however, that they invoke a certain...ballsyness, lets say, that could only be fully realized by the addition of bass.

  • This is shit

  • You are definately inspired by zeppelin!

  • lmao, you soiund like a dog ,your mono toned and toned deaf..stop stop stop...

    your hurting my ears..

stop what your doing and keep your day job..please..

  • as a bassist, i couldn't help but feel its absence :( but otherwise awesome job!

  • Great Job my friend...you are terrific!!

    Gimme more!!! :P

  • Suena a rock muy clásico , está bien ejecutado en su conjunto , quizá la voz principal , que no es mala necesite mas afinamiento , bien .

  • Thanks MrGuiterplayer you will go a long way entertaining people with your talent. Look out Johnny Winter, here is a man that is pretty darn good!

  • awesome !

  • this song is pretty cool, congrats absolute zero!!!

  • I don't know how you 'flagged' me as someone who likes good music, but I'm glad you did cause that was AWESOME!

  • nice man im record music too and know of how difficult recording can be and long! this is actually really good. put some reverb on the singing and drums and make the bass louder and it should sound nicer and maybe some equalizer

  • did anyone else catch the mess up in the first rift?

  • @dmike16semperfi Who gives a fuck and what the fuck is a rift...nice try man

  • @PickeKid bud i can tell u dont play a gutar, and i do a rift is were you change from one freet to another so before u try to look cool u should know what your talking about, so nice try man.

  • @dmike16semperfi Why dont you try and leave some positive feedback to go along with your asshole comment about some small mistake he made, they sound great and are doin a great job, tight ass

  • @PickeKid dont get me wrong thay are really good, its just when you play and i dont think you do you kinda catch those kinda things but once agn they did really good besides that one fukc up.

  • @dmike16semperfi It is called a riff dude. You should also know more about what you're talking about.

  • nice!

  • need a better singer

  • Wow,this is really good. The singer's voice stands out against all the back music. The drummer is AMAZING :D.Its over all good.Slow rock is awesome :)

  • Definitely on the right track though

  • it sounds to me like the guitarist is singing, it's a bit black keys-ish, and the drums are a bit weak. Get someone else to sing maybe. Also too much guitar, a bit rory gallagherish...ya, the guitar player is good, and I dig the cowbell. you also need a bass player, but I think it'd be worth it to at least pursue this project so worth a search. well thought out guitar lines, you just need that hook and I think you'd be good to go. good overall, black keys wish they could play like that.

  • @tracehazarrrrd

This song is begggggging for a bass line to drop in. I Agree!

  • bring guitar to front.

vocal - back with reverb or smth

    imho ))

    good luck!

  • I like it!! Has that early 70s feel to it. Good lead in riff and I could almost see the smoke-filled arena as the bridge rolled on. Well done!

  • cool rock and roll

  • owned

  • my only complaint is that evrything had a zepp sound (which is fantastic) but the vocals seemd 2 stand out a bit

  • thank you :D

  • This is great! could use some work here and there like the vocals and some more bass. Other than that, its awsome

  • I liked the song a lot, I closed my eyes and I let the music take me to a higher level and I was thinking of this great American band called GRAND FUNK RAILROAD which is one of my favorite bands of all times. CONGRATULATIONS, keep on playing, like the say practice makes improvement at all fields. Greetings from USA from JORGE AKA MAYANGOD1ISBACK

  • I Like it...

Feels like the " 70th sound " of the great hard Rock bands the names? .... We Know....

    But,

« A little step is the first of a great Journey....»

    Keep going please ?!

  • The music is good. You have to work on the vocals however.

    Good luck!

  • pretty good maybe a little punk to it hmm

  • Constructive Criticism: Drums too loud, vocals not quite there..

Positive Feedback: Guitar was great! Loved the psychedelic feel. :)

  • It's got a nice Jimi Hendrix feel to it, good song, though i would say the sound of the drums don't go well with the feel of the song as a whole.

other than that, really good, great job.

  • The recording is quite bad. The drum ougt to be quieter and the guitar alot louder. The song is overall quite good, and technically well played. Although you could have made it much better. It ougt to be more melodius, more agressive and more effectfull. At the end where some experimenting with tempo changes. I'd like to see more of that sort of thing.

Overall 3/5, much better than most on the radio.

  • fricken amazing this is AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!

  • It's so Rock !! Very good job ! I like this but I think, sometimes, I prefere more of melody and less violence. I will not put a mark ( How record the music ?! ) . CONGRATULATIONS ( I think more of " the Beatles will be better ;D )

    See ya

  • What about creating something awesome as in this video watch?v=2FvzRuLLbvo at 2:22 ?

  • too much drums, I would give a 3/5

  • very nice. like the hendrix influence alot. awesome you have a new fan.

  • Rock with a capital RRRRRR! Good stuff man I'll check out your channel

  • GOOD

  • omg you guys are excellent maybe you can bring back bluesy hard rock back well done

  • great jam

  • Are you on iTunes?

  • I dont like the vocals. But the song is so good.

I'll sure look for more songs by Absolute Zero ;D

  • yeeeeeeeeeea con el guitarristaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

  • I'm afraid you guys asked the wrong person on this one... that "wall of music" sound just ain't my thing. I crave a rich crafted sound and I fear it's like what the Principle (played by Huey Lewis) in Back To The Future said at the band try-outs... I'm afraid you're just too darn loud. Descent drummer though!

  • Nice good music

  • a very rough rough cut. needs alot of work but its def got potential

  • first for sharing this with me second i actually enjoyed this but the recording needs to be a little balanced i agree with ranjanchadha the drummer did keep up realy well but i didnt realy hear any bass but so far it was good

  • Firstly, Than Q! guys for sharing this with me...its hard to say anything without sounding critical & discouraging....but since you asked... the over all recording needs to be balanced...the lead guitar is gr8 and comes thru fine...the singer did seem a bit out of sync..the drummer kept it up real well..but dinn hear any bass...needs a bit of refining...so keep at it...i do see flashes of gr8 talent in there.

  • A bit too much guitar and not enough lyrics. Love the voice, though. Work on getting your own style, however. Tribute's one thing, complete copying's another. :) Good anyway! Thanks!

  • This does feel very Zeppelin'y...

  • You all really know how to fucking play. I'm not hearing as much emotion out of your singer as I'd like, but you're all great. I hope you may join me and my friends on the road to finding the honesty and integrity that music has lost...

  • Keep at it. Don't let anyone discourage you.

  • your not a very good singer. but neither is bob dylan :)

  • Well where to start, firstly I would go along with what the last three guys said (chuckboris777 ,GsOrtega93, hrisi117 ). Im sure you understand that it is a difficult thing to give a talented artist constructive criticism, without getting his back up or discouraging him. The guitar seemed as if it was a sepperate recording than the rest ,Excellent though it was.The recording could have been morel balanced, but hey, your not loaded yet. (Remember me when you have all those big parties).

  • Not bad, but where's the bass?

  • It's missing some powerful bass lines. and it'll twice as nice.

  • This is better than I expected. I like it!

  • I was gonna disregard this as spam, but seeing as I actually DO like decent music then I thought I would just give it a listen. I have to say that I am strongly reminded of Zepplin in the style of it and I actually quite liked it - the only bit of constructive criticism I would give is that I am not sure the lyrics/singing style suited the song much.

  • Not bad man but I feel like you should try and create your own sound instead of putting together songs that use a bunch of different styles. Use all your knowledge of good music to make something that sounds like you and not someone else.

You definitely have potential though and you're an awesome guitarist!

  • its a good start. i was surprised when i saw this in my inbox, how did you know i like good music? did you see comments on other vids? anyway, about the music. catchy beginning, but personally there was too much guitar, not that many lyrics. bass couldve been a bit louder. but as a first recording (forgive me if it isnt) its ok.

  • Nice reminds me of steppen wolf

  • I've listened close four times now. That guitar is fantastic The drums are right there with it Good song. .I really like it.. Kate

  • I love it like this; if you put maiden as someone suggested or even CCr which i love you will spoil it. please keep on doing the good work. This is my first impression

  • The intro reminds me of nobody's fault but mine by Zeppelin, but excellent work regardless man. Please, check out my music too, as I truly need feedback as well.

  • Loved the arrangements ! Very good !

But is there some effect put on the vocals !?

  • That was good, I dig it!

  • This could improve with a dryer sounding production on the drums. The drums sound a bit too clangy for the era you're going for.

  • sweet

  • Wow, this is amazing...don't know if I could improve it, but it's still epic.

  • awesome you could go places with this love how it sounds nostalgic even though its new all i can suggest really is abit more metal bands in your genre like maiden i know you got some sabbath just maybe some white zombie CCR or metallica

thanks and great job thumbs up

  • Niiiiiice(:!

    I LOVE IT!!!<3

  • Thanks for sharing. Love the energy. I also think it needs more studio polishing to sound as great as you would like it to sound.

And to answer your question about what it takes to make a great band, or performer: it takes a heart, a soul and whole lotta good times.

  • pretty good but at 4 and a half minutes should end haha

  • I love the song.

  • I would buy this

  • almost would work better without the lyrics :P

  • pretty good i think it has a awesome beat wouldnt mind it being a little more upbeat tho

  • Great guitar in the song, drums not bad, all and all not super great but still pretty good. I'll give a thumbs up to help spread the vid and music.

  • one word EPIC :D i love this thank you for suggesting it <3 deffo going on my favourites and ima send it to my friends <3 epic :)

  • i will admit the energy and i like it. i would hope that you do not try too hard but right now it seems cool starts off wilder and kinda goes into the rider form were it all slows down. That guitar plays it pretty hard all the way through and this is neither bad nor completely good it is all about delivery.but keep it up man.

  • sounds great. the guitar is amazing and the drums are very energetic. i love it.

  • the music is really greatt!!! sooo something id listen to thats actually current dayish just because it sounds soo classic rock! as said, just work on the vocals and i think this could be really awesome. :) great job XD

  • very Peter Green Fleetwood Macish, vocalist is trying too much to sound like Hendrix, be cooler if he were more like the soulful voice of Paul Rodgers, guitaring is very very good, drumming is simplisticaly awesome, overall, i liked it very much, i will be listening again.

    a definite thumbs up

  • like black keys

  • Ummmm...........i like this TYPE of music so im gonna have to go with that i like it! Although, the types of weirdos out there who dont like awesome guitar playing, might not think the same:)))

  • Sounds like a drunken Mick Jagger fronting Led Zeppelin. Musics great but need a better voalist.

  • Not the greatest guitar player ever but your like 2 steps away.Just improve it just a tiny twiny bit and you'll be the greatest.

  • Damn this kicks ass, very nice work!

  • i have no advice this is amazing...............

  • the vocals need some work, and it sounds alot like a peter green song.

  • The music is great! I love it. However I could not understand the vocals. Try putting the words in the description of the video as others do. Other than that I think it was great.

  • Its pretty good i mean the instruments sound great and the vocals arent the greatest but they sound okay i would try on not singing so low and practice as much as you can and you could become a very great musician!:) overall it was great!

  • Its pretty good i mean the instruments sound great and the vocals arent the greatest but they sound okay i would try on not singing so low and practice as much as you can and you could become a very great musician!:) over it was great!

  • I got a fever and it needs more cowbell!!!!! jkjk nice jam man!

  • it was acutally very impressive. the vocals were a little iffy but eevrything else was great

  • Nice song, vocals don't sound that awesome though, it's lacking in power

  • I agree all the music was great but the vocals were off. Thumbs up though its a kick ass song!

  • It's all awesome...but the vocals aren't the greatest..maybe it's just the recording I dunno....but the music is amazing <3

  • Really good

  • needs a better recording. do you record this on your own? and btw, NICE. :D Thumbs UP.

  • This rocked my socks off!

    Groovy, baby.

    Liked!

    <3

  • agree with steverooni more cowbell ; )

  • well done mate :) btw is there any Hendrix in there? just a suggestion
