  • very interesting thanks

  • i can do faster than this!

  • @Revanth75 teach me how please, i know every method and my record is 1:40 sec. :(

  • @Revanth75 teach me how please, i'v learned every method i can think of and my record is 1:40 :(

  • incrivel parabens como alguem consegue ter tanta inteligencia em eu nao sei explicar só sei diser parabens.

  • lol it just put it down like, SERVED

  • Debate the benefits of Artificial vs Human skill and intelligence on Facebook. Just go to facebook and search for Artificial vs Natural.

  • Of course the cube want scrambled well, read the description.

  • I think your robot already knew that problem of your rubik's cube...

  • cordenadas pre programadas video escroto!

  • Comment removed

  • @ThatLegoBuilder I'm pretty sure the video is just played backwards and it's just mixing up a completed rubix cube lol it's so cute tho! :3

  • @ThatLegoBuilder Read the description.

  • 103 people cant solve a rubiks cube

  • It's not SOLVING... What it does is just several programmed moves... There're no color sensors built in. Nothing but spinning this damn thing... Besides you can do it 20 times faster with your own fingers...

  • @Gefael yeah lol

  • what the f**k was that scramble FAKE!!!!!!!!

  • i am scared

  • Fake theres 2 white sides on the video

  • @yosupdude556 The light reflects and makes the stickers look white at certain angles.

  • Poor little robot.. It's fingerly challenged.

  • JUST SOLVE IT ALREADY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • so i see theres an aimbot for everything

  • pointless

it wasnt even scrambled and praising a peter redmond who clearly doesnt know shit isnt cool

  • do you know whats happening when you glue the rubik's cube entern mecanizme?

  • ROBOT SOLVES ARUBICS CUBE

    *smash*

    PROBLEM SOLVED

  • @Noldyie no if u look at his previous "spam" comment about the put ur hand over your heart for 5 seconds and stuff he says it will be your best day ever, so i was just saying if it really worked why does he have 0 subs

  • @ipodtouchacker Subscription is added if you want to get his/her videos since you like their content....

  • i wonder what the robot will do if the cube is stuck as always happen

  • @tacotaker11 if it really works, why do u still have 0 subs. i guess that''s ur best day ever huh?

  • @scouboo thank for correcting that dumbass

  • this video is the biggest load of cow manure ever published

    pause it on 0:39

    what do u see???

i see a total of 13 white sqaures !! er correct me (nicely) if im wrong but istn it 9 of each color??? so why the 13 white !!!!

  • @caffreys1979

Its the light, some of them are orange.

  • @caffreys1979 if you look closely, it seems as if the lighting in the video is bad. the orange and yellow look like white (or so i believe)

  • 100 people got pinched by Rubot.

  • Comment removed

  • ooh........ that sound :(!!!!!!!

  • YAY! We have machines that will do stuff for us now i don't need my brain and I can sit around eating Nachos :D

  • this is creepy for some reason

  • ....That was just easy to solve to begin with.

But heck, i don't care, neither do you.

  • smart with the robot

  • not very impressed, it seems easy to set the cube up for the movements that the robot makes, i mean, its a great start, dont get me liein, but it still needs some work b4 you can acualy say you had this bot solve the cube

  • Agreed.

  • Cool and smart

  • ww,o professional rucu solver couldva solved cube this scrambled in 2 sec...

  • Nice robot, but I think the film is played backwards with a solved cube and the robot mix it.

  • cabaço translate that

  • haha.. there are cutted scenes.. 4 white turing into 2 whites and 2 yellows in @1:27

  • @Ep2xx2pE WTF?

  • @CreemeOfCheese did you saw that cheese?

  • CHEATER!

  • nice scrambling with rubiks cube idiot

  • @xxalexx321 dude, it was just a demonstration, he was just showing it. It doesnt mean that it doesnt work. It works perfectly, it would just take a really long time to show, so he put it in an easy solving state so the video would only take a minute or so. So just shut up, i bet u cant even solve one!

  • now u do it with a recognizing software lol not a presetup thing..

  • LOL! I can just picture the future. You have a ton of pissed of people, you go to your local Wal Mart, pay a small fee, place the rubik's cube there and it solves it for you = D

  • thats one scary motherfucker

  • 3 words

    get

    a

    girlfriend

  • @SatoTM3 is "a" a word?

  • hjajaja...asi lo resuelve una morcilla.....

  • this is the old cube bot cheak out the newst cube bot the (rubot II) it faster done and cool cheak it out :D

  • its crazy but very unscrambled

  • i like how the bots wouldnt stress out if they cant turn a piece, i think

  • that wasn't mixed up AT ALL!!!!!!! that rubik's cube took about 10 moves to solve

    THAT'S NOTHING!!!!!!

  • you start with it solved, film the robot randomly turning it, and play it backwards

  • @HighFlyingA380 like the mythbusters.

  • @HighFlyingA380 you COULD do that, but i doubt it. if you spent the time to make a robot that scrables it, you could just program the algorithims in it and it would not be much more diffuclut, would puts ALL THAT WORK to somthing for a fake video? if you work so hard, its probably real

  • OMG...

Well, I am a programmer, and getting the program to solve it is simple using a simple algorithm, but the point is to actually program the robot to get the info from the real world (I guess with sensors), and get him to move the cube. It should be either positioned perfectly before the bot is turned on, either getting the bot to scan for the correct place to take it from...

  • ( *>* ) ^

  • hey leave him alone lets see you make a robot that can do as much as it did

  • It was barely scrambled! I can solve any Rubik's Cube you give me as long as you didn't peel the stickers or take apart the pieces. (Then again, I am human and I memorized the Rubik's Cube solving book.)

  • fake in the sense that it's moves were set previously using space coordinates, but great mechanism to it otherwise

  • I loved! Congratulations for the creator.

  • i imagine that the guys who invented the robots have a lot of free time!!!...

  • isnt the video going reverse?? i think it does..

  • @MrKubulo youre fucking retarded

  • Its cool, but isnt the point of the rubics cube to challenge YOUR mind, not a machines?

  • @kododemon lol

  • video was playing in reverse ....simpel

  • i just think its a predetermined pattern that the rubot follows to solve the rubix cube... just my theory

  • cool: bad comments = ┌∩┐(-_-)┌∩┐

  • wow, very fast

  • you did not mix it up good you can tell at

    0:40

  • @soccercrazy1231 just a prototype? lol give it time :D lol

  • so the web cam on the left is being used as the robots eye ???

  • omfg very bad scrambled

  • read the description.....

  • @forgoden hey leave him alone lets see you make a robot that can do as much as it did

  • @forgoden You would be the one to completely ignore the rubiks cube solving robot and comment about how it was scrambled....

  • @forgoden anything more would have taken forever...

  • @forgoden the programming it would take for it to actually solve it would be too much.

  • @forgoden stfu troll -_-

  • good

  • Oh cool!

  • pero como lo hace!!!!

  • brilliant i cant even solve an 2x2x1 cube WOW

  • @HarrySchoolMusical 2x2 is harder than 3x3 because it has no defined center

  • No 2x2 is easier because It is all corners

  • @HarrySchoolMusical

A 2x2x1 cube is never more than 3 turn away from being solved... -.-'

  • @HarrySchoolMusical i bet u can. they can always be solved in 3 moves or less

  • @HarrySchoolMusical its ok its hard but when u get the habg of it its easy. i can solve a 3x3 in under 2 min, but it took like 2 weeks to learn

  • @HarrySchoolMusical 2x2 is harder than the original one, 3x3x3 :]

  • @Demoman42 no its not... the 2x2 is just the corners of 3x3

  • @lordkesil i mean its harder for me :P

  • Anyway :] very nice job ! ;]

  • @HarrySchoolMusical A 2x2x1 cube only has 6 permutations.

  • @Jorbs3210 its a joke lol

  • its left right left right , programable or plug in remote control, simple robotics, like mike said it was already half solved

  • how does it work, i mean how does it see wich parts of the cube are wich color?

  • cada vez que gira parece que sufre el robot XD

  • nice...

  • Comment removed

  • wow, that is awesome

  • read the info u dumbasses

  • ha i beat this rubot

  • pretty simple cube puzzle tho, only a few spins

  • creepy

  • I thought they were pretty cute together haha

  • it scared me when it started..

  • wow 5 moves. it was probably programmed specifically for that cube. this isnt a real bot

  • did you not read the info on the side?

  • it was, because it has to know how the cube looks befor it does anything wich it didnt even look at all 6 sides and on just 2 moves it was already close to complete

  • Read the info, fag

  • It wasn't very mixed up in the first place

  • u cant read right?

  • OH MY GOD!!

i swear robots are gona take over the world!!

  • it didnt SOLVE the cube tho did it,

the moves the robot had to make were obviously preprogrammed in.

Im no computer genius, but it seems fairly obvious to me.

  • It isn't technically impossible at all (a computing power of a mobile phone with a solving Rubik cube algorythm and a camera can do it, since it doesn't require a transcendental technology).

What makes you think that this machine didn't "obviously" solve it? You're very presumptuous.

  • It is randomized, but the cube wasn't set up in a certain pattern.

Just google "Rubik cube solution" and see how many algorithm there are. Well actually what a meant before was a group of algorithms, not just one.

Anyway an algorithm is not a repetive action, on the contrary it is a problem solving procedure with random input data each time.

One simple question: are there programs or games that can solve the Rubik cube on the PC?

  • Rubot 2.0 solves the rubix cube in about 20-25 moves or something, it goes the fastest way to solving instead of solving it step by step. But the human brain isn't capable of seeing the shortest route to solving a rubix cube, a very intelligent computer does.

  • a computer is never intelligent because it can't think ;-)

  • Jep it can only think 0 and 1 but it is very fast doing it..

  • It isn't a thought but just a counting, a computing.

A computer just follow instructions and with its algorithms only executes the right action in the proper condition.

Without programs, made currently by humans, it would be less useful than a stone.

PCs can't evolve, learn by themselves as we do and they're just sofisticated stupid machines.

  • Depends on the programming.. and by the way there are programms which are able to learn from mistakes.. like 20 questions.. OK this is a limited task but don't cildren start with simple tasks too?

  • @FateMaster2 20 questions doesnt learn from mistakes, it doesnt learn at all, it uses the process of elimination. which is not hard at all, especially for a robot

  • So what else is learning than store data about done mistakes, success, results and possibilitys.

The "process of elimination" is a alorithem to deal with the learned information. (btw. elimination is just a small part of the 20q engine and yes it can learn new questions and targets)

  • Superb.

  • Yes. So Why can't this program also include an input computing from a camera, process the incoming data and translate it as movement instructions to a machine?

Here's the optimized machine, from the same guy:

    watch?v=a-X1-qgzGJs&feature=channel_page

  • ha ha that was awsm

  • haa haa!

  • ass

  • does it solve harder cubes

  • its a prototype....

  • great xD

  • dude that rapes... how ev made that GRATZ...

  • rapes?

  • hum... it only made 2 moves to solve it.

    next time unsolve it better!

  • its an fucking robot that can do an rubix cube. so fuck it. its so fucking could :D theres no need to unsolve it. the robot will fix it :D

  • no it took 4 moves dum a**

  • I wonder who actually founded out the theory... and does it do other things than solving tje rubix cube? well, i still admitt, that's cutting-edge technology

  • interesting....

  • lol this robot haveto do only one easyest algorithm for certain number of times. that algorithm needs to be done for 5 times in row always exactly same and cubic is solved, human has made 4 times this and robot haveto do only once and done, you see it's totally scrambled but it was not...robot had to do only two or three moves and thats all.

  • it's a prototype, what the hell were you expecting? some super complicated algorithm for it to solve?

  • vid says its a prototype...

  • you cant expect it to solve parity

  • Haveto is not a word to start with, Also try some sentence structure.

  • there is no master algorithm yet but it probably isn't gonna have a master algorithm so it uses some information by color code

but i can go on forever so ya

  • Actually, it doesn't go by just color. It uses the program called CubeExplorer which calculates the shortest way to solve it. However it is not quite God's Algorithm though (21 moves).

  • i've noticed that u reply to almost every single one of my cubing comments

  • nice prototype, some investor should come up and fund this course

  • Damn. The terminator's prophecy is coming true.

  • LOL

  • lol, someone already made that out of lego

  • lovely robots, how they lovely and friendly cooperate....

  • It's awesome how you make those robots precicely turn the rubik's cube, but ofcourse it had been programmed to exactly prefrom these moves I guess.

  • cheater !

the rubiks cube wasnt properly scrambled !

    =X..

no way can this cube be solved in so less steps...

    no,its not reversed =X

  • Notice it's Rubot 1.0 prototype, the newer one is better :P

  • holy shit the machine solved it ive

  • I dont think its reversed. Because you would hear it when something is reversed.

  • Go to Monkeydude1313's channel. I'm not advertising, I'm saying he owns this robot. I have a video of a 56 second solve as a challenge to someone.

  • I LIKE THE NOISE IT MAKES... my ears are bleeding

  • HA HA HA WTF

  • 4 moves... and that ain't absolute crap. oooooh

  • Oh? Is this robot not as good as your robot? Why don't you make a video of your robot?

  • DOOD DAT WUZ AWSEE-IM!
