I love that, rather than making Nancy be just an ultra- stereotypical "Mean, jealous b***h girlfriend" type, the writers made her into a well- developed, VERY likable character who gets her own well- deserved happy ending. Of course, Menzel's great performance helped a lot, too.

Since the first film was about Giselle getting used to life in NY, there should be a sequel/ spinoff about Nancy getting used to life in Andalasia.

@macncheese43 They cut out most of her scenes. The "Deleted Scenes" feature on the DVD is practically all her character. AND I just found out Stephen Schwartz wrote Ever Ever After for Idina to sing at the end of the movie. Disney wouldn't go for it and got Carrie Underwood instead. No appreciate for her immeasurable talent.

I love Idina period. I love anything that she is in! I love all her songs! I know all her songs on her album and she is my idol! She is an amazing actress and singer. I just love her as a cartoon and although she is honored and all to be just hired as an actress and all, I think it would have been awesome if she recorded a song for this movie! And can i just say that although her husband Taye is hot, she is so lucky she got to kiss Patrick! (gotta love my McDreamy lol!)
