I agree. Peter Schiff would be well advised to engage a speaking coach. He needs to learn hand control, not just not putting hands in pockets, but also don't constantly henpeck fingers in front of your face. And he needs to watch for "Ahs", "Ums" and "You Knows". Finally, he also needs to paragraph his speaking more, take tiny pauses to punctuate his remarks and give people's minds time to absorb. He's a good speaker now, with that help, he'd be great.

Peter is for sound currency. That is a start. Remember there is no bigger supporter of sound money. People say going back to a gold standard is going backwards. You still don't get it.  Right now fractional reserve is required, it's the law. So you can't go to a bank that doesn't do it, nor can you use a different currency to pay for things as the FRN (Federal Reserve Note) is the only legal tender.

Yet if we abolished the Fed and allowed other currencies to flourish we would be free. We would also be free to patronize or not patronize any bank we wanted.
