Fantastic! agree with 01RainDog. No more to add from my part except maybe that this album was a unattentiontal separation in Nick Cave 's life between his past, and his futur. We fell that very well. A strange premonition that his life is going to change. He was right! in each album, Nick cave share with us his feelings with life. sometimes it is serious, sometimes he's sad, some are really an explosion! like "let move in" or "dig lazarus". all was particulars and differents.
Lovely, thanks for sharing this vid. I think I spent three years listening to that album without interruption. Too bad I never got to see that tour. Lucky ohgimemo.
This song always brings tears in my eyes. And hey, (at 2:11) it's nice to know that even a musician as rock solid as Martyn P. Casey can screw up every now and then ;)
This song always reminds me of going to see him for "The Boatman's Call" tour. He opened the set with this song. The air conditioner was blowing through the audience and the stage like the wind over the water. It was so beautiful.... Thanks for so many memories Nick. I love you. x
what a good live version of a wonderful song this is! i really like the piano arrangement! and, of course, cave shows himself -again!- to be a gifted singer!
oh so amazing.

I really like this version, but not Nick's cave on it. He was tired, I know, but he sings better in the original.
