I think Bush is trying to cover up his mistake by getting rid of people who served in the military during the Iraq war. Most of the soldiers being bullied are followed and harassed. Some of them have been placed on the FBI Terror Watch List and are watched constantly. They don't have normal lives, and are constantly worrying about their survival. Many of the suicides are forced suicides induced by the government.

The invaision was more than honorable. It was the right thing to do. Saddam snubbed his nose at the UN and its mandate and the UN resoultion that Saddam open all faucilities for Inspection. His military constantly violated the no flyzones all of which gave the authorization of force to be used to ensure that the resolutions be adheared to. He didn't follow them so he got his ass whipped. His military caved in less time than the Poles did when Germany invaded them.

the right wing says they support our troops, but they ignore things like this. I hear all sorts of stories about vets not even getting proper health care after they return, some with missing limbs.
is supporting the troops not getting them the body armor they need, not giving them the care they need when they get home and allowing a war that is killing them one by one to drag on.
This to me seems like the opposite of support.

I am in a well-off family and I have plenty of money, but I'm joining the military. Saying that the military is just a bunch of idiots who couldn't make it in "the real world" is just wrong. Sure, there's going to be some people in the military as a way out, but the entire fucking military isn't like that.

DO NOT!! if you want to serve your country and become something in life just join the Army so you get free schooling and (id say 6 to 8 years in army) then when your contrac is up you can use your skills in the civillian world, or just stay in the Army until you can retire than become a teacher. thats what im doing. by the time i retire ill be about 50 and illl be a LT Colonel nd a petion of like 120k.
