Pikmin puzzle card-e part 1

I have a few questions. I REEEEAAAALLLY wanna try playing this game, so here are my questions.

1. Is that an American DS?

2. Is ALL you need an E-Reader, the DS, and the E-Reader Pikmin Card? If there's more, could you tell me?

Anyways, nice videos, I've not yet seen ONE gameplay video of this game until now.

1.i dont think your region matters/

2.yes, there are more cards however for other games.Also its gba so you can just use a gba instead of the ds but its up to you.
