This is, in fact, gonna be called "Black and Blue, part 2" and the band has just put the official version of the song up on their MySpace.

This segment starts out with a song referred to onstage once as "Black and Blue, pt. 2" (though I'm pretty sure that's not its official title) and then ends with "Torches Together."
