That sounds like a 1JZGTE, not a 7MGTE.

If it is a 1JZ, they are a 2.5L twin turbo.

If it is a 2JZ, they are a 3.0L single/twin turbo.

If it is a 7M, they are a 3.0L single turbo.

All of the above are inline 6's.

How expensive you ask... Go to a wreckers pick up a turbo manifold off a 1989 toyota supra (7MGTE) and whack a $500 eBay turbo on it. :)

what size I6 do you have. i own a 92 with the 7m-ge, and i like to know both how hard and how expensive it would be to put a turbo in mine. I LOVE the sound of a turbo at boost!
