In listening to this video at one point I heard "there was nothing," but now I hear that there was something "pregnant with possibilities." If I may be sold bold as to use the first law of thermodynamics, energy cannot be created nor destroyed, what then was pregnant?
@boryskow Does a universe even exist if no one ever sees it? If seen, what then is relative in the nothing? Could the nothing still be considered something? If nothing can be considered something, what might that something be? How might we know?
@Arachnidia actually scientists have been able to create energy out of "nothing" in very small scales. this has been done fairly recently it was done in one of the science shows that Dr. Michio Kaku hosted/narrated.

@Arachnidia With no universe, there are no physical laws, thus such a "place"
does not have to obey neither the 2nd law of thermodynamics
nor any of the physical laws we know today.
