Loved your tutorial, what size and kind of paper do you use? And where can I buy it please. Also where did you buy the pattern papers that you show in the begining of your tutorial in the jar. I just loved the drawings.

@beckyhips they are around 1 by 30cm i guess... the patterned paper are (mostly) slightly smaller... you can easily get those off ebay... just look for lucky stars paper... or something like that... ^^

Quite helpful, though I just started making these from an instruction I found off the internet, and I make my starting knot a different way. Do you think making the starting knot in a different way will affect the outcome of the star? Like, have you heard of different ways to make the starting knot? (is it common for there to be different ways to start it?)

@EternalWaterGoddess i don't know if it will affect the star, i've always made my starting knot this way... but if your stars look good, i don't think there is any need to do it with an other starting knot... :)

@cbunny0890 then you've might used to less or to much paper... or you might have fold it too tight or too loose... some papers are harder to fold than others... try it some more, and i'm sure you can do it :)

@lovelovelove1230c I think that if you can use a sheet bigger than the one she's using you can make bigger stars and hearts following the same steps. I haven't tried but it's just a suggestion. ^^
