  • I would think that you would NOT fully lockout, but rather nearly do so. That way, you would protect tyour elbow joints from harm due to downward momentum.

  • Yeah, his form wasn't perfect but he did a hell of a lot more than I can do at present.

  • Do they have to be dead hang pull ups or can you kip? What about the elbows? Do you have to lock it out completely?

  • @MMAConditioning1 no kip, don't lock out, but extend nearly fully.
