Call of Duty requires skill, not as much as Starcraft, Dota, Hon or League of Legends but if you have ever watched a competitive match for MLG, you will see that the professional players have amazing reaction time, snap to target accuracy, and are way out of mine, or your league.

Actually in competitive match they have standard reaction time and I really don't understand how there's a "pro" league.
