@pikminfan1998 Toad's original name was Mushroom Retainer, and this here is a Super Mushroom. I'm not sure if they're supposed to be the same character/thing, but if so, I assume its name is Toad when in little Toad animal toadstool thing we all know, and Super Mushroom in the games as a boost.
