  • 2:30- lol. Steve is the man.

  • My dad has had a few scary experiences with Rattlers. Once, he was riding his dirt-bike behind my uncle, who ran over one in Central Oregon (probably didn't even see it.) The thing whipped around, coiled up, and got into the most aggressive striking pose you've ever seen right as the bike shoots by at 40mph. If THAT doesn't stop your heart...

Then there was the time a buddy of his picked one up with a stick and began chasing him.

Definitely not a fan of these things. Very cool, but damn!

  • @JETZcorp your full of shit

  • @MarlboroAck

No, I'm not. It's hard to tell the full story in the 500 characters, but it really did happen. The place was this little lake (more like a gigantic all-season puddle, really) in the Central Oregon desert that we call Snake Lake, because there are always snakes there. Usually harmless garters and Bull Snakes, but Rattlers aren't uncommon. When the guy picked the snake up with the stick (which was, like, four feet long) the snake was slow because of the weather.

    Character limit.

  • I just about stepped on one of these two days ago up in the hills of Riverside. He was a big red diamondback. He seemed relaxed and placid at first but coiled up on me. Of course I didn't try to play with it like this.
