@milkywaychocolate1 For mj from thrillier, if you mean the zombie version, I would do that just with eye shadows and face paints, you could go all out and use latex and tissue to build up your cheekbones and eyesockets, but really if you just copy from a picture and use black eyeshadow or eyepencil or facepaint where he has dark areas, and then use something lighter to highlight and blend everything you could create the illusion that your features are sunken like his x

Alsum tut, i was wondering, im a guy and dont know anything bout makeup, could u tell me how to make the lines on ur face and with what? Eye shadow? And how do u make it not smudge (im goin to the sydney zombie walk tomorow =])

@Jakearnie You can use eyeshadow on a little brush, or eyepencil to make the lines. It shouldnt smudge, and to be honest, with a zombie, it would only add to the effect :)

Hey, nice zombie makeup. How much did all that stuff cost roughly?

You could do this with any makeup, I used theatrical greasepaints, the pallette is about £30 I think, duo glue and the blood I used are about £5 each. I would suggest you try to borrow someone's makeup if you don't want to buy loads just for this, you need a pale foundation, black/grey eyeshadow, black/grey eyeliner (to do the lines), and you could use lip gloss instead of blood. x

I wanted this to be a fairly quick and easy one to copy, but you can definately make it look more real! One way is using liquid latex, you would do the makeup as above, but on top, paint a thin layer of LL, let it dry (or use hairdryer to dry) then repeat upto about 3 layers, then you can rip it with a coctail stick and peel bits off and then paint it and add blood, you may need mastix remover to help get it off after, just do it in patches rather than whole face. Or you can use gelatine.

Ha ha, well the nose thing... you can easily make your nose look crooked by shading, but I kind of got distracted and forgot I was doing that so it didn't really look very crooked, but you would highlight the centre and off to one side, shade the tip of the nose and the other side, add some bruising and a bit of blood if you like and voila! xx

OMG I can't believe u even posted a recipe for the fake blood!! The contouring and lines on the face are absolutely brilliant - something to aspire to.
