yes they do , but 98 was the only year the W163 did not let you turn it off. basically the only way you can turn it off is to pull the fuse and or relay.

The G-wagen is the only credible 4x4 Benz ever made that why its so expensive. Other Benz SUV's r NOT as good off road. If u want small real offroad 4WD that don't break the bank, go RAV4, Forester, Outlander, Escudo, X-Trail or older CR-V(2006 of older yr model only). All available with leather seats. unless u just want to show off, then u get a X3 or GLK or MDX or Infinity.

it was to get the sales of the car going, the movie asked numerous companies for cars and mercedes accepted. I own a ml320 i would not put it down but im not gonna lie about it either and say it can do stuff it cant. Yea it has potential but stock it cant get very far due to low ride height and very little wheel travel. And thats the truth.

yea but not by too much as the control arms are made for the stock ride height so when lifted too high the cars center of balance is way off and very tippy. I want to make my ml a true trail car, ulike any other. Im planning on a 4-5" lift by also creating new control arms on my own and extending the axels. I know big ideas but it wil be sickk in the end. Engine wise gonna be supercharged for a bit more power out of the 320 although its great in low end torque, i just want hwy passing power.

well idk what country ur in but over here in america we get only the ML 320 na, 430 na, 55amg na replaced by 500. And thats it i am aware that there were the ml230 and 270 which we did not get, plus we never had any diesels until the new generation ml with bluetec came out.

Can never remember the torque but bhp is 218 i think.Ours isn't limited to 112mph so we've gone 135 in it,and if stocks dont have turbos maybe a turbo was fitted before we bought it by the previous owner?

yea i think the previous owner put it on because the 320 engine was never made to have forced induction, and as u can see there is not much power gain my n/a ml is making 215hp and 230lb.ft. of torque.
