Barbara Eden (time of "I Dream of Jeannie"), Mary Tyler Moore (time of "The Dick Van Dyke Show"), Marlo Thomas (time of "That Girl"), Elizabeth Montgomery (time of "Bewitched"). Best-looking women on television (respectively).
Man, Samantha was such a vibrant, fun, young lookin cutie. I could NEVER understand what she saw in that square ass, uptight douche Darrin."Don't use your witchcraft,Sam! Tell your mother to get lost,Sam! Beat it, Aunt Clara!" What a whiny little sissy he was.
AH! Liz was such a talented actress. I'm a little afraid to watch Liz in ' Borden' because I'm afraid she might be a little too convincing in it. But, I don't mind her acting in Bewitched!
Bewitched had very few continuity errors, and this episode was one of them. The episode that was right before this one, "That Was No Chick, That Was My Wife," had Louise MEET Serena for the first time. I am unsure whether or not it had to do with the filming of both episodes, but it was weird to have Louise not know Serena the following episode.
It may have been the filming of the episodes. This one may have been filmed first and labeled to run after "That Was My Wife" or it was to air ahead of "Wife" and got postponed for some reason. It happens sometimes.
YES - EM came up with the phony name of "Pandora Spocks", a pun on the phrase, "Pandora's Box" - the Pandora Spocks credit was first seen in the episode, "Mrs. Stephens, Where Are You?" telecast on February 13, 1969-
She fooled a lot of people. Even the ones on set. She kept it a secret so well, one of the ABC executives came on set and didn't know it was Liz in the black wig and flirted with her. Imagine his shock when she took the wig off and revealed who she was.
It seems strange to me that Larry's wife didn't understand it was Serena - she must have known her from That Was No Chick, That Was My Wife Episode, where Samantha had introduced her to Louise.
i totally agree. they're both loud mouth cry babies. i hope thats not how all the men of the sixties were cuz then i would say iam glad i didnt grow up then
From what I remember as a small child, men weren't like that at all. But it wouldn't be funny if they acted rationally. People did kinda freak out about Hippies though.
Why is Tabitha calling Serena auntie when she's a cousin? Never understood that lol.

Don't you just love their wonderful expressive faces! The first Darrin was hands down the BEST. What a show....

This is one strange appearance for Serena!? Blonde?! She also doesn't speak or act as she did in her previous three episodes.

What happened to Serena's accent? She really sounds like Sam. And yes, I know that it's Elizabeth playing both parts.

does elizebeth have a twin who plays sarina or are sarina and samantha played by the same actress?
EmoBirdyGirl 2 years ago 3
Liz played both parts, but didn't want the fans to know at the time so Sarina was billed as Pandora Spocks
jph0917 2 years ago 2
lol thats silly cos u can soo tell

up until season 6 of the show she is played by elizabeth montgomery alsoi know because i have seasons 1-7 on dvd and i'm waiting to get season8
Bewitched32100 2 years ago
According to the book, Bewitched Forever, Sarina went uncredited. When fans kept asking if she played both parts, Liz came up with the phony name.

why does darrin have to be soo mean all the time. Sam's family is great but he's always freakin out about stuff.
gbalah162 2 years ago
Larry gets on my nerves even more. He fires Darrin about once every episode. I wish Darrin would grow some balls and stop kissing his ass.

However, I second that Darrin is a whiny little moron.
