The National Initiative ni4d dot us if you haven't already done so. We need less than 17% of the US to have it passed and truly reform the government. Constitutionally, fair, free, honest government. RP doesn't speak of it ,why, perhaps because he didn't think it up or draw it up. Mike Gravel is the spearhead of this initiative. RP should be speaking out and supporting it, ask him why he doesn't! Because i really don't know. People need to know there is something they can do here and now.

Ron Paul is the only candidate that fights for individual rights, opposes the war, opposes

IRS, FED, Corporate interest, and is breaking through the Left/Right paradigm and doesnt claim

to be President of the Republicans, but a president of the US and its citizens.

And hes the only person anywhere like this that is actually fighting hard to win! The surge of his supporting is growing unlike anything ever seen before. Mike Gravel isnt really fighting.

I'm sorry, I just can't support anyone who would support creationism in schools, oppose gay rights and gay marriage, support the idiotic "don't ask, don't tell" policy, and NAFTA (which has destroyed this country). Sure, he might not outright attack certain groups through the federal government, but he leaves them exposed to acts by the state level.

Moreover, he has been overly supporive of Bush's plans to privatize any social safety net we have in this country. We're already seeing the effects of privatization without government checks...hmm, can we say the war in Iraq or the broken healthcare system which is completely dominated by private insurance companies. .

As far as I'm concerned, they've lost their right to rip sick people off for their own profit. A single-payer healthcare system is the way to go. Sometimes government can be a good thing...not too much, but some. Just ask anyone who lived through the Great Depression. The problems we are having right now are the result of too much power in the private sector, power which has led to the true face of fascism: monopoly corporate capitalism.

It doesnt matter if your a life long Democrat. Look up Ron Paul. He crosses all party lines. We've never had a chance to elect a leader like him in over 100 years. He would be like getting the chance to elect a world peace leader like Ghandi. In our lifetime I hope we can someday have such a leader in the Whitehouse. Ron Paul can restore that hope!

Ending the Federal Reserve, Ending the IRS, Ending the invasions of privacy enforced on us, destroying the patriot act, returning to the principles of the Constitution, Shuttind down all our foreign bases, Halting the production of Toll Roads put on every highway which check our "National ID cards", insurance, records everywhere we go. Instead of helping U.S. citizens the government spends billions in other countries to fight people that don't agree with our nosiness around the world. My gosh, why wouldn't people hate Americans?! I am now starting to wish I was not an independent so I can vote in the primaries. If Republican I would go for Ron Paul, if Democratic, definitely Sen. Gravel. If all else fails, you will be my write in candidate Sen. Gravel. Good luck in the primaries - I will be soliciting Democrats to support this campaign.

Why are you wasting your chance to be a voice in changing America. Being an independent doesnt stop you from becomming a delegate for Republican and voting for Ron Paul. Join a Ron Paul meetup group near you, and they will tell ya what to do, dont just be a useless tool!
