Get the mandale of heaven from inverse babel and when and if your party dies, you will be resurrected.

Now u need to get the Legendary armour,
frOm Diablo.
I bet u wont finish him off easy, i just lost like 3x to him, with a lv 90+ team.
When his hp is low, he hits with a mass attacj, hitting all your allys with 9999, so u can only win if u have immortality scrolls etc.
OR if u just keep Grace of God on, every 4 rounds,
