  • (continued from last post) now think about something you like,or want,anything positive,and dont pay interest to any sound in your sorroundings,in other words,try and block your mind the best you can,hope that helps =D

  • i have..one way,its worked in my case a lotta times,k here it goes:Place yourself in bed and put a fan on stationary so that the air continualy breezes your head,not your face,now DO NOT sleep like this with a pillow,now all your body has to be IN the bed not outside,if by chance you put your hand out of the bed,you will feel something touching it,and this tactic will NOT work anymore in the rest of that day,now relax in the way you are and just think about something (continued in next post)

  • seriously i need help too. for the past 3 weeks i have been fallig asleep at like 6 in the mourning and waking up at 5 in the evening. ok thats 11 hours of sleep but im depressed and i want to sleep atleast from 11 to 7 or somthing i have gone mental and i need help. is it bad that i somtimes rely on nyquil to help me fall asleep??? please answer back

  • Hey... I made this video FOREVER ago... and I do still suffer from not sleeping a lot. (Like tonight... it's 6 in the morning and I haven't been to bed.) For me, there are a lot of things that cause my insomnia. Stress or depression is a big one. I'm no expert so I dunno how to help you... but if it is disrupting your life too much I would suggest seeing a sleep specialist. Hope you get better. I know from experience that this can suck!

  • im not any sort of expert on this, but if you fall asleep at 6 in the morning and wake up at 5 in the evening, you wont be able to sleep again until 6 in the morning because you just woke up.

  • Watch the video called possible help for sleep prblems by leparks. Stop consuming caffien because it candisrupt sleep patterns even across the day into the night. Set your alarm for an earlier time and keep it there for 7 days a week, even the weekends. Then go to bed when your tired, if you wake up at the same time you will fall asleep at night easier. This is the easies solution

  • i feel ya honey, its 8 am and im still awake. no sleep going on the third day. lol. theres always either too much noise, too much light or deafening silence. what helped me for awhile though that you may want to try is to move all the electronics 4-5 ft away from your bed and turn off false light like a computer or tv. to explain why would take forever but just try it and see if it works for ya =)

  • your not crazy...in fact you almost got it right, the gravitaional force of the moon actually affects you because of your body being made of 70-90% water! just like the tide levels being affected by the moon so too is your sleeping patterns. though why more than others is unknown.

  • Steph, my favorite person told me to try something, and I never did. But, she said it worked for her Mom. If you try it and it works, let me know. Tomorrow, buy a whole head of lettuce. Then, eat a plain salad before you go to bed. I think that the core is supposed to work best, but the leaves are okay.
