I'd like to play this for my college audition. is this considered standard repertoire?

I would not say this is exactly standard repertoire. But it depends what is required for the audition and what other options you have and what your strengths are. For a major conservatory, this is not something the panel would want to hear, and probably not the wisest choice because they would forced to wonder why you weren't playing something harder. But for other auditions it might be just fine. But: Choose pieces not because you like them, but because you play them well!
