Thanks man, It worked, Checking that xheckbox didn't worked for me but directly using the run as administrator at the pop-up menu, it worked! Thanks...

Guys if you don't know how to do it, right-click on 3DAnalyze, and click run as administrator... (Make sure you check the right checkboxes before running the game)

@RKOCenaJohn brother ...the solution is same in xp ... just right click on it ..then click properties and under compatability tab tick the RUN THIS PROGRAM AS ADMINISTRATOR.. then save the changes and there it is ...it should .work

i was wondering if anyone had this problem,when i run 3d analyzer then press select choose bioshock 2 launcher.exe since the main bioshock2.exe says to use this one,and do my modifications for the game,it said the forcedll.dll file didnt work,i fixed this with putting the 3d application on administrator,now when i run it shows up as seculauncher: failed to start application. [2000] -> 0x00000012

can anyone help me please on this application of damnation
