Thank you for explaining to these cats the proper way to do a push up.

I've seen too many videos that made me want to break things down for these fake push up guys. Bragging about doing 100 push ups non stop in like 2 minutes. I guess so, if you don't actually go down and keep proper form!

And don't let me get started with the people who don't do real pull ups!

I'd appreciate it if you did a video on pull ups.

@MeascEntertainment yeah i got fed up and said let me do a quick vid...lol like this lame on here philfoool...he says he dose 100 pushups..and hes a former army dude....and his pushups are a waste of time...he "kips" damn near every last one of his pushups...none are done correctly so i clown him for thinking what hes assuming...ha!..but thanks man and if you get a chance...youll see his vid..and confirm what i keep saying
