Without conspiracy the world would have no history.

Those who CONSPIRE together to do a home invasion, hold you at gunpoint, steal your stuff and rape your family are, obviously, the criminals.

The family being ripped off & molested are called "VICTIMS". Chances are, if they had taken some preventive actions & had been more aware of the threat, they would have been spared the invasion or, at least, would have been able to stop the assault.
