You forgot to mention the tow trucks that are just ahead of them. You see they circle the block a couple of times with a 2 tone horn blasting away really loudly. If you don't hustle your butt out there and get your vehicle out of there. A parking control person jumps out of the passanger side and slaps a ticket on the windshield as the tow truck operator hooks up. They'll move it to another street out of the way. If its yours you get a ticket & have to find your car.

They clear the sidewalks too? Damn, they really know how to deal with snow. Under the statutes of the city I live in they're supposed to clear sidewalks but they do police/fire/schools first and then stop.
