The pervading thought throughout Genesis through Revelation is Accountability and ownership for YOUR OWN ACTIONS. Adam tried to blame his wife before JESUS for his actions, YET he was still judged by the LORD God Jesus for eating the fruit given to him by his wife, and PUNISHED for it. JESUS held ADAM ACCOUNTABLE for HIS OWN ACTIONS in eating the fruit, not his wife.
