Anderson got exactly what he deserved, and is lucky that the police officer didn't interpret one of his movements for going for a gun. When the Police (after identifying themselves in a proper way) tell you to get out of the car, get out of the car.
Read the provisions of the latest group or Homeland Security statutes and get ready to be stopped, searched and generally harassed by any bored Cop with a Jones to give you a smack down.

There's a world of difference between 'legal' and 'lawful', they are NOT THE SAME THING! He was exercising his LAWFUL right to travel freely on the highways, without his rights being violated. He could have handled it better for sure. All The Idiot had to do was get out lock his doors and ask for a State Police and that is it. I do that all the Time when I get stopped and they let me go. I get stopped alot becuase I haull horses and cattle and have to go through a check point alot sometimes even 5 times aday. I get stopped atleast 2 out of those. get out Lock your door and ask for a state trooper and you won't get tased.

Do you remember what a certain Jesus Christ did when a certain prostitute was to be stoned.... WE ARE CEASAR, THE CITIZENS ARE CEASAR. If you look at the sermon on the mount and Christs message of love how did this not violate Gods law. But then I see you did not capitalize God so maybe your just in sheep clothing.

And again i say chirst said that hes TRUE followers would be proven by the love they had for one another. True christians are not Caesar. The governments of this world go to war and kill one another. If we are Caesar then we would NOT be following the law of love now would we????

@lavellove1 erm, ok, if he was such an arrogant prick, how come at no time did I hear him being disrespectful? He was asking for probable cause and what he was being arrested for. At no time did I hear any explanation to either of his questions. He as going under the rule of habeas corpus, unlawful search and seizure and his constitutional right to know what he was being accused of.

Romans 13:1 teaches: "Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God."
Perhaps if the pastor would have submitted to the Lord by obeying His word and obeyed a lawful order given by an officer -of the law-, he would not have been ended up with eleven stitches, and a destroyed testimony. This "Americanized" Christianity is a heresy marching many "Christians" to the foot of Matthew 7:21-23.

Maybe if you weren't the offspring of generations of inbreeding, you would be able to spell and understand what I am saying. This guy begs for his individual rights to privacy and warranted search in this video, then later goes out and bashes obama for his policies. Funny how things work because it was president bush that stole away from us these rights. Dems created these rights in the first place. If you knew history, you would understand this.
