You have to be a member of press or media. Universal only made a certain amount... then shipped them to special Press companies or individuals, Like lance here from screamscape in the video.

The only way to get one without being a member of the press, is to get one on eBay, and at that it'd set you back a couple hundred. Not many show up on eBay, and Universal does not want the press people to sell them, so they are not very easy to get.
