@Mikenike22579 Yes. They are the same two spiders. I was using a really bad hand held digital camera for both of the videos. I shot the first one indoors and the lighting didn't work well with the camera. The second time I took the females enclosure outdoors for some natural light which made for a more true color representation.

Yes, the male survived breeding with the female several times. He ended up dying several months later of old age.  The males don't last long after their maturing molt.

That is NOT, I repeat NOT a P. cambridgei male. That is a P. irminia female and a P. irminia male.  The male P. irminia changes color with his final molt.

Females and males look a like as slings.

No, the males are black with orange markings just like the females until the males have their final maturing molt. The males molt out with that olive color after their final molt. The olive color looks a little blue due to the lighting and my cheesy digital camera.

p. irminia males look similar to p. cambridgei, but this one is (in my opinion) an irminia, so everything is ok ;)
