However, although the 14th is a man, the song is being sung by a girl, so I was just thinking that it would make more sense to have a male voice actor sing this

The memories is why he was able to play the piano despite never having any prior experience in that instrument.

Mana was not the 14th. He was the 14th's brother. Allen was never originally a Noah, so he isn't the 15th. He is just a human turning into the 14th.
