  • oh man, I couldn't watch all of this video.

I have a pretty bad knee at only 18 years old. Hopefully i won't have to get it operated on but in almost seems un-avoidable at some point in life. Seeing anything to do with knee operations or knee injuried really gives me goosbumps and make my knee feel uncomfortable.

I am not easily affected by disturbing images but something about knee injuries and stuff is really unpleasent for me to watch.

  • I currently having one of those but only on the lower part.

My doctors was indeed expecting that I'll be shouting because of the pain but it did not hurt like i expected on the one in the leg lengthening.

Promise there's no pain and I'm just thirteen

I just cried in the recovery room because it was so cold and i was chilling

maybe because it was from the anesthesia

  • @dasdasdasdsadasdsad you've had yours off? how was the pain during AND after? ive got one on, and its coming off in a few months, and i cant either, wait an extra 3 weeks and have it off while asleep, or have it off as soon as they say its ready, awake

  • @rhysfoley09 I got it off last december. :) During the time I was in those, it was not pleasant since I need to be careful when I walk or move around. :) When they removed it, my leg was feeling heavy. I found out the reason, they put me my leg in a brace. :)

How are you? :) Drink a lot of milk. :D It is good for the bones to recover fast. :)

  • @dasdasdasdsadasdsad Thanks for replying, its nice to speak to other people who have or have had these ... i'm fine thank you, and yes, im getting as much calcium as i can .... how long did it take till your leg felt like it was back to normal? and you had yours off pretty much a few weeks before i had mine on lol

  • @rhysfoley09 Np. :) probably a month or so. It takes time. The only problem I have now is going up and down the stairs. I'm still having 2 steps a time . Don't forget to clean the pin sites or whatever you call it. :)

Oh my, I'm already missing those. :D

  • @dasdasdasdsadasdsad Lol, thats not to bad then, that the 1 thing i havent struggled with, is stairs .... and infection to be honest, i havent had 1 infection in over 9 months ... so touch wood, i can go the whole way without one, and yeah, i clean them .... not as OCD as when i first got out of hospital ... but im obviously doing somthing right lol

  • @rhysfoley09 At first I still ask my mom to clean it for me since I'm too scared to do it. :D
