This show wasn't just a learning experience for the ladies, it even taught us guys how to understand females a bit better. It had substance, class, and storylines that just about anyone could relate to. I won't lie, when Kathleen Freemen passed(The voice of Mrs. Gordon) I felt it as though she were a family member. It's tragic that this show isn't in Nickelodeon's main lineup anymore. These kids are being robbed of the true teachings this show offers.

College seemed easier than high school b/c the teachers were really nice and understanding. In one of my courses, I was scared the 1st day because it seemed like she was going to be mean to everyone, but then after asking a certain question about teaching, she answered very kind and nicely. Then I knew I had no reason to be afraid.

As far as JH and HS, a few times you'll meet someone who just teaches for money and don't care about students and others who do it for the joy teaching brings.

Ginger's mom was so nice asking her if she wanted her to talk to her teacher who was giving her trouble. When one of my teachers I had in 7th grade was making me cry at school and feel rotten, I asked my mom to talk with her, but she reported back saying the woman didn't do anything of the sort.

With other horrible teachers, my mom saw right through their insincere kindness and told her I lied about the stuff that, which I didn't. SO glad I'm no longer in school as of 2 years ago.

This show, I think, was made with preteenage girls in mind because the preteen years are often very difficult and confusing. I mean think about it. You're used to playing outside in your front yard with your freinds and stuff, then, one day, you're thrust into the world of dating, peer presser, and high school. And after that, a teenager is expected to turn around, grow up and be a 'responsible adult' in no time at all.

Moral of my words: Children, enjoy life while it is simple and fun.

i went to a large highschool that school four towns. our graduating class was over 2,000 but three of the four of those towns were very poor towns and there was a lot of gangs and fights. i remember the my senior year in 2003 a kid got stabbed. i hated high school.

I don't realy get why Nick stopped broadcasting shows like this, the mesaage that it sends is so strong and expressed as simple as possible so everybody can get it. The only idea that comes to my mind when I try to figure out why the hole tv has changed so much is that the networks are trying to make children stupid by showing all those images already done that leave no room for thinking. What a shame because the new tv might be different, might've changed, but it is not getting any better!!

more episodes! in my opinion, I think the evolution of TV shows has went way downhill. This is a show where it means something, and it actually has a moral in every story, and teaches you a lot, plus they use a wide range of vocabulary that I honestly wouldn't expect from a cartoon. Look at spongebob... That's the best way to put it. Ginger is a writer, spongebob works at a fast food restaurant. Go figure... That's the sad truth... from artists and creative people, to dumbed down workers...

actually..I like sponge bob. It's a modern homage to the loony tunes and Tex Avery tunes of yesteryear. It may not be "deep" but it's a "cartoon" not an "animated Series" like Avatar or Ginger

They're not on DVD. In the U.S., they only released movies 1&4, and on those DVDs were a few eps from the first season.
