Yes of course I know there are two accounts of Genesis and both of them are 'wrong'! This would be silly if the consequences were not so serious for mankind. Major religious killings of Christians over Christmas over something that never happened. The world has got to wake up to its stupidity and get a grip. Yeah you said it in the very first sentence of the video description. But again, the bible is not "based" on Adam and Eve. It just happens to be chronologically first in many meaningful stories and parables. Genesis has two very different accounts of Adam and Eve, so the composers of the bible have willingly contradicted themselves. Did you know there are 2 accounts? In both accounts, there are obvious diffs which cannot be reconciled. That fact alone suggests the story is not meant literally.

Even the Vatican knows this although they don't know how all Catholics have to believe in a 'real' Adam & Eve' and a 'real event'. They get away with it by saying the story is Sacred Scripture and this event has been set in stone since 1870. So the first humans whereever they are as described by God have to SIN.
I accept your criticism but I don't think I ever said'entirely on the bible'. I said the bible was based on 'one event - Adam & Eve' which it is. My reading goes far beyond YouTube and Wikipedia but nevertheless these are good free sources of information which are readily available. I hope you enjoyed the series.

As I said until this 'problem' gets sorted out satisfactorily I go no further. The Sin of the First humans is the lynch pin on which all the Abrahamic texts rely. No A&E no Angel Gabriel so no Kuran. No 'chosen people' and No Jesus. needed but that is not to say there is not a Deity it just not The God of the Old Testament.

It make seem idiotic but the fact the earth went around the sun looked idiotic at one stage.Try the YouTube Series Science made Easy. You just need information that is accurate. I know I had no science at school and was taught that God did it. In fact a God might be responsible for the Universe but not Adam & Eve and on they the bible is based as you know.

@Euphobia1 Well, the way I see it is this - Christians rose to power by following the method described above. They were once a small, hated minority and look what that policy did for them. We would be fools not to learn from their example! We should establish atheism as a religion! Our houses of logic would be tax exempt, and we could use the donations of millions of ready converts to further our plans for world conquest! We could even go door to door with physics books! Let's do it!
