At the time this was made I was part of the finest. I remember this detail. It was kind of cold that day.. but the sun was out which made warm for a bit. I wanted to just show my support for the family of  the fallen officer and his fellow officer's. I was proud to be part of that. I would do it again without a 2nd thought.

Makes me tear up every time. We miss you Joe you were a great guy. Someone we can always laugh with, talk with, and someone who has an overwhelming personality toward others. Kilo misses seeing you. His tail wags every time he sees that picture of you at HQ. Just know that we all love and miss you. We'll be paying you a visit this weekend so be looking for us. RIP to an amazing friend.
