The Car sounds soooooo much better in real life. For some reason when you try to make video's of these cars the audio is always screwed up. My advice to you is to get rid of the mufflers and the resonator. There is also a third catalytic converter on these cars and it can be removed with no issues to the engine. Along with the sound, the car also got 31 mpg once on my way home from college! Good luck on your Mark VIII and mine is down at the moment. I have blown out my second transmission.
Dude ur Mark 8 sounds so cool.....i have duals but mine are stock.....hopfully this summer i get a custom exhaust on mine....but she still has a growl even though shes stock..hope u make more vid's with ur car....keep up the awsome work!!
The pipe is 2.5 inch, i think, with a high flow Y-Pipe. I left the front two cats to keep it legal and ditched the rest of the factory exhaust system. There are no mufflers, from my experience these cars sound better without mufflers.
