Nice job, JDarks. I am becoming a big fan. Now if I could only figure out all the chord progressions... LOL! Looking forward to perusing all your work!
Very close! That chordal lick that ends this video is I believe followed by another chordal lick. They sound so pretty together, like a real soaring melody of chords. It's brief though, but to me, it's a song within a song. So yeah, you're on the right track.
Hm, perhaps it's because it's in cunjunction with the piano, but that chord at the very end, 00:17-00:26 seems to me to have more to it. Like it goes from C to Csus to something else and something else sus before playing the high G and C notes.
try playing exactly like mr darks for the first half but then go to the F chord at the 10th fret(A pattern) but play the partial chord, just the 10th fret notes(for just one beat) then down to the C pattern G then your C7, Am, G chorus. This is from the Jerry repertoire book. This may not make sense as I'm bad at explaining these things but sounds dead on to my 3-18-78 tape. It's basically the same notes, just a different sound.
not bad!! keep on trucking!!

That's why they call him Jerry Garcia.
