yeah i kno theyve washed their hands, but when theyre on tv or in this case on ppls' computer screens, people want to understand the recipe instead of trying to decifer what theyre saying. I couldnt hear their voices at parts of the vid and music was overdone. they should probably take a class on proper kitchen procedures because it seemed they were hesitant in selling their product. My opinion is just my opinion they did well for first timers, but in the future, they MUST improve majorly.

you should wait until the cupcakes are cool because the iceing will be runny an the tops of your cupcake will come off somtimes 1 more helpful hint you should take the cupcakes out o the pan before frosting them or decorating they cool down a lot faster that way
