  • 64-bit is way faster than 32-bit so stfu

  • Vou dar meu samurai hoooooooooo

  • 8 bit for audio :)

  • the

N word had nothing to do with the subject

  • why is it when white people get mad they use the nigger world lol nigger means ignorant so in reality it describes you dumb rednecks lol come at people better the just an old world lames. @TheNormOne and @SIRTUBEZ

  • The fuck is GridSearch?

  • @TheEpicc1 Ok, thanks.

  • 32bit cant load more then one ram ;)

  • @Lucky00751 Ehrm ehrm... 32bit can load 3GB RAM

  • @RikTeIner 4GB...

  • dude probably only had 512MB of ram

  • -_- I don't even know how to respond there's so much newfagotry and bigotry i can't even comprehend it.

  • @hawksprite Nigger

  • @TheNormOne Nigger actually means "Im really fucking gay" in turkish.

  • @hawksprite Well then, good thing Im not a stinking peice is muslim shit.

  • @TheNormOne Muslim actually means Nigger in turkish.

  • @hawksprite Fuck you. OH CANADA HOME OF THE ARYAN MAAAAANNN!!

  • @TheNormOne SandNiggers

  • @hawksprite Nigger means lazy man you nignog

  • @TheNormOne What a wonderful comment we have a the top!

  • @Jitterskull AWWW YEAH

  • do you know whats the best bit for windows? it's the 1 bit! :)

  • I came just to dislike this lol

  • and this is supposed to mean what?

  • there is only one thing good on this video and the thing is House M.D.

  • if your watching in 32 bit you wont see a difference ;]

  • if ur watching in 32 bit you wont see a difference ;]

  • Afraid of bursting some people's bubble but 64-bit requires more resources. Example: an address requires 64-bits to store (8 bytes) as opposed to 32. That can lead to applications consuming more memory and thereby more cache misses, increased page faults, etc. that degrade performance. It generally demands better hardware, but that's where 64-bit shines: hardware is a lot more scalable in exchange, and some things like data I/O can be faster (decoding video/audio, e.g.).

  • I am the dislike bar :p

  • Mac is the best!

  • @997239978 CARS WITH ONE PEDAL ARE THE BEST!!!!!11111111111

  • @997239978 Mac - half the mouse buttons, twice the cost!

  • @Parralyzed I bought an 2007 iMac for 500 bucks & it's much faster than my 500 bucks 2011 new PC

  • @997239978 Where'd you buy the PC?

  • @997239978

Guess you need to learn to buy better PCs then.

  • @edly82364 but they the same prices

  • @997239978

Right, however the price of a pre-built computer doesn't necessarily dictate the quality in hardware or build.

Vendor A's $1000 PC could be total crap spec-wise compared to Vendor B's $500 PC.

    Is that making any sense?

  • @edly82364 But I still think is the best

  • @997239978

    Ever heard of brandcosts?

Alienware $2000 equals performance of a $1000 custombuilt. Then there's the retailer added costs.

I bought my PC for $1200 custombuilt with i5 2500K @3.7GHz and MSI N560GTX Ti Twin Frozr II/OC with 8GB of DDR3 1333MHz CL9 240pin DIMM RAM and someone buys a $2000 Alienware PC with worse hardware. Making any sense now? If you're buying custombuilt, price usually means better hardware, but if it's a different brand - it might not.

  • @Tevoxzi

Note, this was in Early 2011.

  • @Tevoxzi The reason that I think Mac is the best is not of its hardware, it's the software

  • @997239978

You can't really compare two products with a different operating systems. It's like comparing how Witcher 2 runs to how Just Cause 2 runs. Make that Mac run a Windows and it's definitely running slower if your newer PC is supposedly better.

  • @997239978

Of course, I'm not to say that you're not allowed to like your Mac. Go ahead, my friend uses an iMac and I've got nothing against it. I'm just a PC gamer myself, but don't take it in the way that I've got anything against Mac -users, 'cause I don't.

  • @997239978 You trollin'

  • Stupid video !!!!

  • lol wtf?!?!@#$%$^%^*&

  • Anything that is slower in 64bit than in 32bit is just sloppy code copying and lazy compiling from the 32bit source. When code is optimized, the speed difference is quite big.

  • ? ?? ??? !!!!!!!

  • Did you even have a 64-bit processor?

Running a 64 bit software on 32 bit hardware will not "communicate" what well.

This video is pointless and you clearly don´t know anything about computers what so ever.

  • @Shaverea DO YOU know anything about computers? Software designed to run on 64 bit arch will not install on a processor that is not 64 bit instruction set capable.

  • @soulknifehunter Diden´t i say that in my comment?

  • @Shaverea It will not communicate at all. Saying "well" implies that it will run; just not very well.

  • @soulknifehunter sorry english is not my native language. i hope you can understand my errors

  • Pointless video... the dude clearly doesn't know anything

  • And Vs 3.11 for workgroup?

  • oooo cuanta diferencia 77 que mierda no hay diferencia

  • А в чем различие?

  • i run Windows 7 64 on a 386 @ 16 bits :D *g*

  • Have fun with 32bit an 3gb of ram...

  • Haha ! 64-bit computers are generally faster then 32 bit because 64 bit can use more memory resources!!!

  • @MrPyrotech96 they arent faster, they just can run more apps at the same time with less lag

  • @MrPyrotech96 Some games Dont work at 64bit ;)

  • @turkiye131 ur windows is buggy

  • @scalagos0123 i have 32bit ;)

  • @turkiye131 thats why a 64 bit OS runs it in 32 bit,...

Probably why win7 x64 bit has 2 different windows operating systems under it.

You know 99% of all computer components are backwards compatible to suit the market right?

I surely beats having to replace everything after you come out with a new system :-)

  • @MrPyrotech96 I agree with you 100% but the problem with 64 bit is that all 32 bit code must be emulated in a 64 bit enviroment same as the 16 bit code did in the 32 bit enviroment back in the oldschool win 95/98/me/2k days as a result about 30% of all apps would not work under those conditions because of it having to be emulated wich would make it a problem for someone that wanted to run oldschool apps as there is no such thing as a perfect emulater in my books :-D

  • @MrPyrotech96 Not exactly true. More RAM won't give speed to most apps, it will only in combination of many apps. However 64bit programs have access to more (and bigger) CPU registers, therefore reducing access to RAM and CPU cache.

  • i got 32-bit Laptop :D

  • 32 best

  • @dragos04031993 Youve got a 32 bit computer dont ya mater?

  • Windows 7 32-bit won!

  • The GridSearch Media Center plugin must be optimized for 32 bit

  • faggot!!! are you an idiot?!?!?! 64-bit is more responsive than 32-bit. Why are you saying that 32-bit is more responsive than 64-bit. Come on! Learn to computer you noob!!

  • WTF !? Are you OK ?

  • your point being???

  • you are . . . stupid. . . .

  • Não vejo a necessidade para uso doméstico o 64 bits !!

  • Comment removed

  • You need a processor worthy of the 64bit system

  • @Robertdub2006 stupid answer.. all processors and motherboards are 64 bits dooh!!!

  • @musikdoktor thats not the point a processor could be 128bit but runs at 800mhz, that aint gonna run windows vista 32 proper never mind windows 7 64

  • @musikdoktor not really, especially if its an older system. And a ton of software out there still isnt designed for 64bit.

  • @Tro1086 that is another thing..i'm responding only about processors.. do you think that this is an old system running win 7? an cyrix 6x86? with 1gig of ram?? come on.. processors since Athlon 64 FX and pentium4 are all 64 bits.. this seems to be an online video, but yes this guy should use 4 Example (firefox 32 and 64 bits) to make a proper test..

  • i have i7 975 4,2 ghz and also i have seen this differences plus is the only thing that 64 bitowy system uses more resources systemic and behind but sometimes it's not working errors developers unfortunately

  • @Robertdub2006 most of all you need at least 4GB RAM, otherwise it will almost allways be slower than x32.

If you don't have an x64 CPU, Win x64 won't be able to install or run anyway.

  • @rfvtgbzhn, thats very true, it makes me laugh because most people with windows 32 complain about how they cant run the latest games very good, its because they are bottle knecked with the limited 3gig of ram, they forget that times are changing and if they want a better experience its time to move to 64 bit

  • @Robertdub2006 better CPU for 64bit = even better CPU for 32bit :3

  • does he need 64bit washing powder for the shirt on the right?

  • one of the most retarded video and uploader

  • -_-

  • You're processor/system can't handle the 64 bit. Get a new computer and you'll think different.

  • kommt auf den rechner an

  • dude fuck you !

  • O meu é 64 bits, não entendi nada, mas tudo bem...

  • WFT?

  • Did U used 32 bit aplication to test?

    If yest think

do U use DC to test AC?

  • Conclusion: If you don't have ATLEAST 4-5 gigs of ram... NEVER TRY 64!!

  • @illidanomg1 i have 8 gigs of ram and im on 64

  • @illidanomg1 not sure which ram you talkin bout lol but the extra harddrive got 8 ram if that what you meant

  • really?

  • How the f*ck did i end here???

i was looking for trance music xD

  • ahahah

  • Mmh.... no.

  • Doctor house!

  • Nnnnnnnnnnooooooooo

  • não entendi?

  • Shadows... Just shadows...

  • yes.....

  • TRADUCCION: el de 64 bits es mas productivo ¬¬

  • и в чём разница? там 3, а там 6, и чё??

  • SO 32 bit on HW 32 bit = ok

SO 64 bit on HW 32 bit = bad

SO 64 bit on HW 64 bit = super ok

    SO = Sys.operat.

    HW = Hardware

  • @Petardo238

Their is no 32 or 64 bit hardware.

Drivers and codecs depend on video playback.

    here is another test

    Max memory for 32bit 4GB

    Max memory for 64bit 192GB

  • @IIGrayfoxII

Little mistake - maximum visible memory for x86 is something about 3.6 Gb, but even in this case programs cant grab more than 2Gb RAM for their needs.

  • @AMar4enko

That is after windows puts some into system reserved.

On my older PC i had 3.15GB of RAM on a 4GB machine in x86

.85GB on fucking reserve, crazy huh

x86 systems can address up to 4GB of RAM

  • @IIGrayfoxII Yes, but 4 GB in totality of your hardware, graphic card, southbridge, sound card .... Never 4GB of real RAM ;)

  • @IIGrayfoxII well if you have a PAE kernel even if its 32-bit you can have up to 64GB, so far thats available to Linux/BSD and Mac also you can use an unnofficial kernel to work with Windows, thus allowing your OS (Windows) to use more than 4 GB of RAM

  • If you read the OP's description I dont think this video is intended for the general public? IDK maybe a beta test of an application he/she is developing

  • House M.D

    XD

  • ainda prefiro o windows 7 64 bit, pq reconhece mais que 3.25 gb de memoria

  • What isn't stated is whether GridSearch is compiled as a 32-bit or 64-bit application. Of course a 32-bit application running in WOW emulated mode on a 64-bit Windows platform will run slower.

  • Buy a new computer :))

  • You need ~ 4 sec. to push a second button?

  • WTF?

  • @Gdfschimpi007

If both had 4gb ram and an ssd hard disk on sata 3... There word be a huge difference.

  • 64bit doesn't mean faster you idiots it means more accurate. Its like trying to right a big number on a shit calculator and the display not being long enough. 64bit is the bigger display. In a lot of industries accuracy is important such as the film and games industry.

  • jajajaja el que publico esto es un ignorante de mierda XD de paso que su pc ES UNA CAGADA;) PORQUE LA 64BIT ES LA MEJOR CABRON!!!

  • Why..... We using 16bit D:

  • Windows 7 64 bit is for professionals to use it with 64 bit software or for gamers.

  • there both crap. get a better computer

  • lol Use ATi Radeon graphic card loll

  • The image quality of the 32bits video is crap, beside 32bits can only support 3-4GB of ram and game today will cap this in a VERY near future.

  • 64bits is sheet 32 for the win

  • 32bit is less so faster and 64bit is more so slower? haahhahahahaahaha

  • @john0995q Learn English, moron.

  • @SenorCajones it was a joke write a 64bit program it will be faster on 64bit system and 32bit is crap we are in 2012 we use more than 4gb of ram

  • @john0995q not exactly everyone uses 4gb of ram... you can run things just fine on 1gig or even 2 gigs of ram..

  • @gdfschimpi007 yes of course you can run with 1gb or 2gb just fine but most of the people buy a Desktop or laptop they are most of them (new 2010-2011) 4gb or more or it must be a cheap laptop or desktop

  • @gdfschimpi007 lol I use 16gb and is not enough :>

  • This proves nothing.

  • bull shit

  • what?!

  • Oh! I forgoted the main theme of the vid... I just was mooning the House...

  • running 32-bit software on 64-bit platform is of course slower, because of the conversion required.

  • 64bit all the way! Gaming Computers FtwXD

  • 8-bit is the shits :D cause...it's 8-bit. it rules all other bits.

  • interesting, only real advantage to 64 bit is the ability to use 6 ,8 gig ram an more,

  • Comment removed

  • @Roby7003 Lol. x64 runs about 4 times faster for me than x86

  • ofc 4 bit is faster O.o

  • @monekeyhead screw 4bit, my pc is 1bit and i am able to run skyrim on all max settings

  • 32bit can handle exactly 4GB ram, but that includes video card ram, so in the end it is 3-3.5GB ram left for most users (less if your video card has more than 1GB ram)

  • Wat did u want me to watch in ur Video????? i m still confused

  • 8 bits the best

  • 16 bit the best FULL HD

  • 16bit?

  • okay u prob have 32 bit and 64 bit have the same amount of RAM so that is not far for the 64 bit machine

  • I prefer rickroll

  • What a great comparision!

  • Comment removed

  • The problem with 32 bits is that it cant support more than 4gb ram.

  • wait so 32 is better?

  • @MediumRare103 no that shit sucks 64 is better

  • @MediumRare103 ps wut u just saw was the speed it takes to use 32 bit and 64 and 32 bit is a smaller program so it will obviously run faster

  • @theunexpected6

    That's......not how x86 and x64 work, unfortunately.

  • Ive been running all the 32bit and 64bit oses from XP 32-64 up to 7 32-64 and with the exception of XP 64, 64 bit windows is amazing

  • non vedo la differenza..
