wtf dude? you couldve won. i never even got a mini prize from that machine. i know a guy who dedicates his money on these types of things. 4 iphones and 3 ps3's he has gotten.
I played this at a bowling alley, I don't know if it is rigged I think you just have to be perfect like lolz I saw this guy win two prizes off of it (but the prizes were like pac man games and little other game controllers Plug n play)
@Eliseopwns Flamin Finger is actually rigged. The shirt trick does help. But if you watch the time closely on any video, when they get close to the end, no matter what their time is, it ends in miliseconds. Even if you have 5 seconds left, it drops.
Actually it is, in the options of Flaming Finger you can set the average pay out from 1-5 to 1-5000 (of course to get to the options menu you have to boot it into maintenance mode that requires it to be opened), the machine will simply deduct all your time before hitting the end if it is not time for it to pay out.
I found out where this is from and yes its 100% true to watch out The game is from ice games its not from the same people who did the stacker game but if I see power surge I will be a arcade master and keep beating it cause once the time goes on the power prize u will have to find where it moves so watch out
I had a Stacker at my favorite diner, and I pumped so much money into that sucker, losing on the last row every time and watching it skip one block over, before finally deciding to investigate and finding it was rigged to allow a prize to every n'th player. I'm still pissed at my friend for winning an iPod nano from that bastard machine.
Yeah, my local movie theater had one of these, and replaced it with Pile Up, a Stacker rip-off. Power Surge, I believe, does rely more on skill, but it is very hard.
shenanigans

@MrHitmaniac Flamin Finger actually tells you on the top of the machine that it speeds up near the end. So, it's not rigged.

I stay away from rigged games like these and play claw machines and UFO catchers because I actually win most of the time.
