  • you shouldn't hit yourself in the solar plexus until you can push the air/make your diaphragm stick out there - otherwise you will cause yourself breathing issues

  • kwll !! hey i was wonderin if u could help me out, every time i spar at my m8's hosue wid or wid out gloves, wen i punch my wrist hurt like fuck like every punch i do, do u no any thing which would make em stronger

  • Give punching a rest for a while and build back up to it slowly. Try to avoid pain-killers etc, and keep your wrist mobile. Stretch it etc, and run it under cold and hot water for about five minutes twice a day. If it still doesn't get any better I'd advise seeing a specialist or even a coach. Just my opinion. This is going to sound hypocritical, but dont take too much advice off the net, find someone to talk to face-to-face.

  • finger-tip pressups are good - as well as press-ups on your knuckles . . .

    but really, you should completely relax your fist when punching; for example, don't even make a tight first and punch whatever it is you are punching
